There’s flour and sugar and *Sneezes* pepper thrown all over the place. This will take forever to clean. But first, I’m going to need help gettIng her out of the sink where she passed out. Hi everyone, wow the place looks nicely cleaned up Paperdoll did a great job. Maybe we can just hose Reenie down with a caffein spray. We'll just water down the drinks so they won't contain alcohol, but pretend they do. What's a cyber cafe without some fantasies anyways. For dinner tonight I'm going to have the bucket of KFC fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and those biscuits. Corn on the cob and a coca cola with that please. I'll share my bucket with anyone who wants some. For desert I'll have a brownie and an iced mocha.

Hi everyone, quiet around here today. I'll whip up a batch of chocolate chip cookies that will get them all in here. For dinner tonight I'm going to have some prime rib, baked potato, and salad. Lots of butter with that baked potato, and a coca cola. For desert I'll have a slice of apple pie and an iced mocha. Then we'll dig into those cookies for sunset desert with some more iced mochas.

Mm, chocolate chip cookies! Thanks Zzyyggy. I think I’ll have some dinner first. I ordered macaroni and cheese with lots of Parmesan and cream and vegetables and meatballs. While I’m waiting I’ll pour myself a glass of iced tea.

Oh, doesn’t NVintage’s breakfast look good. I had a few nibbles. It’s been quiet at the cybercafe today and I decided to spend the day in the cyber library. It’s a great place to nap. I can just roll my recliner right up the aisles until I find the perfect spot to read or nap. Plus, the library has a mini cafe. It’s time to head on out to the patio by the pool for my cheese and freggies plate with my favorite little cheese crackers and my Sapphire martini straight up with three olives.

Hi Linda, looks like it's back to just the two of us. No I didn't notice the difference until you pointed it out. Wonder what it will be the next time. For dinner tonight I'm going to have macaroni and cheese, the homemade kind with lots of bread and butter, and a coca cola with that. For desert I'm going to have some of those birthday cake ice cream cones that were on Betty's letter today with an iced mocha. Those look so festive, and Francois did say he had the recipe.

Macaroni and cheese? I’ll just have a few nibbles. Cute dessert, one my grandson loves them, although I prefer my ice cream cones filled with ice cream. Coffee ice cream sprinkled with chocolate covered espresso beans would be good tonight along with a cone filled with cake, of course.

Viktor, I need a bowl of macaroni and cheese and we need more bread and butter, too, please. Apparently, the waitresses don’t work on Monday nights.

I can add macaroni to the soup and then it will be even yummier macaroni and cheese! And good evening, Zzyyggy. I think the wait staff is spending their evenings drinking and dancing in the bar. It’s a shame, really, because it’s so beautiful out here on the terrace. Soon enough we’ll have to abandon the terrace because the nights will be too cold. I do enjoy the nights by the fire though. Of course, where I live in the southwestern Piedmont of NC, we have at least another month of summer weather before fall extends into December or February. Who knows, we might actually get snow this year and have more than a week or two of winter weather.

I’m heading into the man cave with my deluxe cheeseburger platter. Join me Zzyyggy. Everyone is welcome, too. I’ll grab a soda out of the soda machine and after we eat we can play a game of pool or foosball or watch the big screen. Francois was making brownie toppings when I was in the kitchen. (Igor will bring in a cart of brownies and toppings later.) Francois kept mumbling about pub food the whole time I was there. I wonder what that was about.

Francois made an apple custard tart for Sunset Dessert. I think caramel swirl ice cream with that would be delicious. The tart has a shortbread crust—some of the tarts he made have a pecan shortbread crust. I definitely want the crust with pecans.

I’m considering making this for Thanksgiving. I’m still working on the menu. I definitely have to plan the menu. Some people don’t like turkey. They want ham. No problem, but I don’t eat pork. I love brussels sprouts with balsamic glaze, not everyone likes them. I’ll make carrots. Hm, or I could do a sheet pan or cast iron skillet mixed root vegetables. There are times when I truly miss cooking for 20 people with everyone in the kitchen. It’s much harder to cook for five people, especially when three of us are picky eaters or have food allergies (me). It’s easy to scale back on vegetables, more difficult when it comes to proteins and desserts.

I know it’s seems early to start obsessing, but I’m looking forward to trying out some new recipes. I’ll still have some classic foods, but our grandson loves chocolate. He loved the pumpkin swirl brownies I made, but I want to tweak the recipe a bit. I’m willing to make the sacrifice—making pan after pan of brownies until they’re perfect. 😋

Hi Linda, no I didn't, but yes that's good for desert I'll have that tonight. For dinner I'll have the pot roast dinner with potatoes, onions, and carrots. Rolls, butter, and a coca cola with that please. I'll have an ice mocha with that delicious little thing as well. So Linda I've been in the hospital for the last few days without my laptop. I did have my kindle, but it's so hard to type on. I went in for a back ache, and trouble breathing on Tuesday, and have been in there since then. I'm now for the real world on a low salt, low fat diet, and am on oxygen. I am home tonight, and going off to bed soon after a long hot bath and some soup. That's why I haven't had a journal entry on here. I just can't type on the kindle like some people can. That's why I only inputted my food and came on here. Now I'm looking forward to starting a brand new life. I'm fine pretty much, the back ache is bad, and I'm down to 222 pounds. They had me on some stuff to make me pee, and that was good. So I'm going to join you on the terrace for sunset desert and fireworks.

Viktor is great about being right out with your order. Of course, the waitress, PaperDoll_, hasn’t shown up for work recently. I think she actually did go on vacation. That’s an amazing breakfast. I’m just going to order my usual breakfast sandwich and an apple pie cupcake.

Hi ladies, Yeah Linda, like I said the kindle was not made for typing anything lengthy so I was just popping in nightly to keep up. I'm having a better time typing now with my laptop, and have written a long journal entry about last week. Hopefully I can copy and paste it. I'm back though and ready for anything. The pool sounds like fun maybe I'll for a dip before dinner because I can't go swimming for awhile because of the oxygen. For dinner tonight I'll have a huge cheeseburger with fries, and a coca cola (had to deffinitely give that up in the real world, but I can still keep my coffee). For desert I'll have some fudge swirl ice cream and an iced mocha. I can also still keep my mochas in the real world. Then maybe s'mores for sunset desert. I think I'll have dinner on the terrace.

They said I needed to learn to take my job more seriously and stop eating everyone’s food. I’m going to find out who reported me. I bet it was that @slimgirljo15 . I probably shouldn’t have ate the pineapple off her hamburger. I know what a tattletale she is. 😒 I’ve learned my lesson though.

Zzyyggy! I see our waitress is back. Did she just eat some of your fries?! Maybe they’re just under that colossal burger. I know it’s time for s’mores, but I’m going to toast a cheese sandwich over the fire before I make my raspberry s’mores. I don’t know why I’m craving cheese sandwiches all of a sudden.

Can you serve s’mores with ice cream? I’ll just put my s’mores together with some raspberry preserves, put it in a bowl, add some Truly Chocolate ice cream and fudge sauce. Yum! @PaperDoll_ is there a can of whipped cream in the gazebo’s kitchen? We need some for our s’mores.

I’m glad you’re home from the hospital. I know it’s not the same as swimming at the Y, but I’ll see you at the cyber pool tomorrow.

Hi ladies, you know I'll share my fries with anyone restaurants serve such a huge portion that you can never eat them all. So dig in Paperdol, and welcome back. Linda s'mores go with everything so eat up. I think I'll go for a dip again before dinner. For dinner I'm going to have meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, dinner rolls with lots of butter, peas and a coca cola. Have to have something nutritious. For desert I think I 'll have chocolate pudding with whipped cream and an iced mocha. Had some this morning which was really good.
