I've been having canned pumpkin a lot lately (the whole can). Topped with munk fruit sweetener and cinnamon. Pretty good!1

This week I will be having overnight oats every day. It consists of old fashioned oats, plain Greek yogurt, 1 scoop of chocolate muscle milk shake, and a cup of skim milk. Tasted pretty decent this morning.1

I eat a very light breakfast as I am not nearly as hungry early morning and it helps me control overall calories. I just need something in my stomach.
Today it was just 2 boiled eggs for example.
Sometimes it is Avocado toast, or oatmeal with fruit, or yogurt with fruit.1 -
I've decided to start eating breakfast regularly again, but it's kind of grab and go at the moment. Today I had an apple, 2 hard-boiled eggs, and 14 g of pistachios. Plus coffee.2

3/4 cup cooked wild rice
160g chopped Granny Smith apple
50g soft ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon kumquat marmalade
1/2 cup skim milk
16g pumpkin seeds
12g sunflower seeds
500ml fresh brewed black coffee1 -
Two cups of coffee and thick sliced sourdough avocado toast with everything bagel seasoning sprinkled on.2

Big smoothie made with blueberries, kale, spaghetti squash, greek yogurt, a little peanut butter, protein powder, and water. And coffee!0

Premier Protein Cafe Latte shake mixed into a cup of coffee,
one hard-boiled egg,
ten peanut butter pretzels.

I'm dreading what breakfast will look like starting next week when I start my new job and have to be out of the house by 7:15. After more than a year and a half of working from home or not working I've gotten used to leisurely mornings.2 -

Taking a cue from our beloved goal06082021, last night I diced Swiss chard, onion, ginger, and green pepper. This morning, I sauteed the veg, added a wee bit of raw honey, lime juice, sriracha and soy sauce, scrambled in two eggs and divided the mixture into two of the world's tastiest whole wheat burritos.
Think I'll try a carrot, onion and chard version tomorrow!
