    11/16 - 137.8 -?? - I was on point with food choices and exercise, and even had dinner finished before 7pm. Argh. I will try not to get too upset with this, maybe just a fluctuation. Tomorrow will tell.
    Me, too! I have been 100% on my weight loss plan since October 15, except for last Friday when I ate lunch at a restaurant, but I logged it and was only 100 calories over my daily allowance. I too finished dinner before 7pm last night, and was previously finishing between 7 and 7:30. I've been wobbling between the same 2 pounds since November 5. Extremely frustrating. If I had known I wouldn't lose any weight after my birthday, I would have had cake!

    11/01 - 138.4 ( 137.4 trend)
    11/02 - 137.2 ( 137.4 trend) - binged a little last night before bed. Happy to see a loss
    11/03 - 136.6 ( 137.3 trend)
    11/04 - 135.8 ( 137.1 trend) - October gain is coming off. Plan to be good over the weekend.
    11/05 - 135.6 ( 136.9 trend) - every little bit counts

    Week 1: -2.8 - Not sure I should count it since I was unable to weigh the last two days

    11/08 - 136.0 ( 136.9 trend) - stayed busy most of the weekend. Pleased that it was only a small gain for a change
    11/09 - 135.8 ( 136.7 trend) - slow and steady. Hoping for 135 or lower by end of week.
    11/10 - 135.8 ( 136.6 trend) - too much carrot cake to get a loss. I'll take no change
    11/11 - 134.4 ( 136.3 trend) - shocked by this. Had a few cocktails and that tends to raise my numbers

    Week 2: -1.6 week/-4.0 month - Not an accurate count since I end up not weighing on weekends.

    11/15 - 139.6 (137.4 trend) - totally ruined my progress. Not weighing and logging daily messes me up. I deserve this weight and all the work it will take to get it down. Let the fun begin....again :s
    11/16 - 137.8 (137.5 trend) - happy with this. Just need to up the steps and get some exercise in

    I have gained quite a bit over the last few months, time to turn that around.

    Setting an aggressive Goal weight for November.


    11/01 - 137.1

    11/02 - 136.4 - Had a beautiful rare striploin and blackened prawns for dinner, Kanjac angel hair with fresh garlic, parmesan, and sour cream to accompany it. I ate half of all of it. Felt full for the first time in quite a while. Beef and prawns...I don't eat very often, must have needed the protein. I guess that I will be having it again tonight.

    11/03 - 135.6 - Happy to see this coming down. Late dinners are becoming the norm because of my work schedule over the last few months and months to come. Maybe my body is getting used to it.

    11/04 - 135.3 - I feel like Tina and I have been so close in weight whether we were gaining or losing. Of course she is 4" taller than me.

    11/05 - 135.0 - Put on 4 pounds in one day on Thanksgiving, will it be 4 months to take off one day of delicious eating? I want this to be sustainable, I want to be able to eat fattening food here and there.

    11/06 - 136.5 - Argh

    11/07 - 137.5 - Lots of activity and healthy food. Totally don't understand this gain. Disheartening.

    11/08 - 136.9 - Okay, better than yesterday, but still way too high. My check-in on MFP and pedometre are still at 130.6 - I don't think that I will be measuring and checking in again until I am under that amount

    11/09 - 136.2 - What happened to the 135.0 from a few days ago?

    11/10 - 135.9 - Thanks for the props friends. Planning to be indulgent tonight after work though, eating clean and exercising lots is no longer working for me. Driving out of town for work, so there will be less activity today. Not exactly giving up. My weight has fluctuated wildly every day from 191 pounds until now.

    11/11 - 137.0 - New Format! I had Ribs and cocktails last night. Back to Chicken Breasts and Veggies : - )

    11/12 - 137.2 - Hopefully topped out after Ribs and will begin to see it go down. However, back to late dinners because of my work schedule for the next couple of days.

    11/13 - 137.1 - As usual, one day to put it on and many more than that to take it off. Plugging away.

    11/14 - 136.4 - Glad to see a bit of a drop.

    11/15 - 136.3 -Okay I guess.

    11/17 - 137.5 - What worked to help me lose 50 pounds seems to not be working now, but I am not willing to cut calories any more, and there is not enough time in the day for more activity than I already do. Going to keep trying nevertheless.
