Kaysorry no experience with the doTerra supplements, just the essential oils. I remember when you gave yourself permission not to support all your friends’ MLMs and it was liberating for me. And yes I still have some Mary Kay in the bathroom (I should really throw it out) and used my Pampered Chef 2 qt batter bowl yesterday I really should calculate the cost of all the stuff I take, psyllium fiber, niacinimide as skin cancer preventative, calcium/magnesiuim & D3/K2 for osteoporosis, probiotics, Bluebonnet organic whole food ladies’ multivitamins, turmeric gummies, red wine extract/quercetin bromelian, No wonder I get heartburn!
Later, lighter, lovelies!

October: Move more: chair yoga, line dance, dailyish PT, play with dogs.
Fuel better: less sugar, dailyish vitamins.
Live NOW: dailyish time with Joe, readings. Open heart and mind before mouth.
2023: Be of good cheer.
I've cut back on what supplements I'm taking. I was spending a lot of money on things but once I moved into menopause, I didn't feel I needed them all anymore. I'm finishing what I've got and not replacing them.
Keeping a few things like Vit B12 and magnesium.

I am currently in emerg, I woke up at 6am because my hand was throbbing. I thought I had just slept on it wrong, throughout the day the pain continued to get worse and I couldn’t hold a pen at the end of it. I tried heat, cold, Advil, Voltaren. Nothing worked, after class Rodger noticed my hand was swollen. He encouraged me to come to the hospital. I’ve been here 6 hours and was told about 5 hours ago it was about a 4 hour wait at that time barring emergencies. There are still 5 ahead of me. I think I’ll be getting home around 4am.
Debbie - your husband had you get up to move the recycling bin instead of going out and moving it himself? That’s beyond inconsiderate.
Just to show there is still kindness in the world. One lady was brought here by a friend after she was punched at her job. They arrived at 3 today. Around 7 he felt that everyone waiting must be hungry so he went and bought a pizza for all of us waiting to have a slice. I haven’t witnessed kindness like that in a long time.
Tracey in Edmonton
I hope you are feeling better(haven't finished reading all the posts to see if you have updated yet)
I agree, he is inconsiderate. Happens often. I don't think he even realizes it anymore. He is so self centered most of the time that it doesn't even cross his mind how his actions are affecting me. It doesn't help that after so long, I just don't think twice, I just go fix the problem. Yes, he was just getting in the shower when he thought of it but we both would have to put pants on. He just didn't think that maybe HE could be the one to do it.
[/quote]
What would happen if you just stopped "fixing the problem"?
BTW - when I first read this post, I thought you were in Emerg because of your insomnia. If it continues, please take some concrete steps to solve the problem - to take care of yourself. And if it still continues, see a doctor.

Today’s gratitude: warming sun and cooling shade at dog group.
Joy, Lisa, Heather, Tracey, Kim, Kay, Terri, Lanette and most especially Margaret, yours to @Vibrantreader. This is a safe, non-judgmental place for all to share our griefs and struggles.
Rebecca beautiful watercolor, your eldest sister has the gift!
Which reminds me, haven’t heard lately from @Ketonekaren Karen in VA. Hope all’s well with her and hers.
Tracey “inflammation for no known reason” is scary. Hope it improves quickly. “. . .the hospitals in the city closed their emergency departments because they were overrun.” Truly scary. Is the ER you went to a stand-alone, like urgent care?
Annie ((hugs)) held extra long. Sounds like it’s time for you to take over the mail task. Hard times. ((hugs))
Kay Likewise I don’t feel the difference when I’m taking most supplements, but run out of probiotic and notice the difference immediately
Heather love the pics, especially the artists’ concentration. But it’s your painting that is my favorite.
Debbie why a “Western” outfit for church?
Thanks pip, will call Katla’s Sunday afternoon.
Lanette very well done on that deck!
Lisa I am in awe of you and Corey’s living in a home while renovating it yourselves. Testament to your grit and strength of relationship. Bravissima.
Allie so glad Ginger was found. Hope you aren’t too sore from overdoing the walking.

Lanette - what a great job you did on the deck! I don't think i could have covered all that. Are you aching at all?
I'm listening to Dr Chatterjee 's new podcast on movements - walking and running. And paying careful attention. I always wondered why running was less painful for me than walking. I now think my posture was better. The podcast is making me very aware of how I hold myself while walking, although I have already looked at a very good video on older people walking and trying to correct my gait.
DH's posture is terrible. He has back/hip pain at night. When I watch him standing it makes me wince! If it wasn't for the fact that he is so fit, and does so much exercise, he would be crippled. But it is impossible to get him to change his ways. I have suggested he listen to the podcast, but I'm not holding my breath.
I too worry about Karen. Please let us know how you are.
I was awake very early, so I looked on Amazon for a holiday pill holder I'd seen, but they didn't have the one I wanted. Then I bought a continental plug converter. The first hotel are lending us two but this one has two USB points, as well as a socket. It also has a fast charge point, but I don't have the connection for that. Hotels never have enough spare sockets. On the cruises, with no baggage limit, I always take an extension lead , with power surge protection and four sockets. We both have phones and Kindles, and I may take my tablet. Not sure about that. Also Bluetooth earphones.
Tricolore salad for lunch. Making a big chilli for dinner. Roasted butternut squash and broccoli.

I'm so glad we can use this thread to write whatever is on our minds and not worry that some subjects are out of line or some thoughts aren't okay to express.
Today I'm getting ready to head to Seattle and pick up my sister. We are to the cancer center for three days. She will have scans and labs. Her adrenal and pituitary glands have been compromised from immunotherapy and hopefully the steroids might have jumpstarted their production of hormones again. If the tests are completed on Wednesday, we'll take a trip to Eastern Washington to visit kids and grandkids for the weekend. Jack's youngest son and his family live north of Spokane and it is a nice time to visit before the snow flies.
Beth you look so professional standing in your reseeded lawn.

Heather - I found Dr. Chatterjee's interview with Helen Hall on YouTube this morning, I'm anxious to watch it. Now, I need you, your DH, Bea and Edie to come out here and paint some gorgeous murals on the side of the deck. When did you say you leave for France? Good thinking on the continental plug converter, always good to have devices charged up as quickly as possible.
Re the deck aches and pains-My right shoulder was a bit achey last night. The whole project took 2 1/2 gallons of stain, and they all had to be "shaken". Hard and for several minutes each. Everything was brushwork except the flat parts of the deck proper and stairs, where I used a roller and applied a lot of pressure to push the liquid into the wood. The actual color is more of a reddish/honey hue. It gets terribly icy in the winter so the next step is to staple little mats down for secure footing. As I walked away from the finished job and started gathering the empty cans/rollers/brushes, I could hear my DH, connoisseur of colorful language, saying " All right! You got the B (and I don't mean Brat ) done!" (That would have livened the conversation yesterday!)
Lisa - I'm envious of the projects you and Corey are always doing at your house. The planning, the execution, the conversation as it all evolves. I guess that's why I enjoy working on the chicken house/run on a much smaller scale of course. What do I need to do, what can I do to make it happen.
And thinking about this in exercise and movement terms:This is what our bodies are designed for. Lifting and moving things. Carrying heavy items. Stretching to reach high shelves and squatting to retrieve things off low shelves. Hammering nails. Getting on our hands and knees from time to time. Sweeping and scrubbing. Sawing and chopping wood. Raking leaves. Dragging limbs. Painting decks. Pushing mowers. All the things our ancestors did before we had modern appliances and computers and TV's that keep us sitting and stationary so much.
As our Barbie often says, I need to remind myself to choose every opportunity to stay active-as active as I can without hurting myself. I know I sleep better when I'm tired from working on a project.
Betsy - hoping the steriods have helped your sis. I haven't heard any bad pass reports yet - though I know you are an old hand at navigating snowy and icy roads. It's those that aren't that make me nervous, lol. Safe travels to Eastern WA. DH and I used to own some acreage east of Tonasket with eventual plans of moving there before his diagnosis of RA that changed things. Beautiful, rugged country. Good neighbors there too.
Debbie - how did you sleep?
On the menu today - chicken thighs in the crockpot with some kind of seasoning, maybe a sprinkle of curry, with sweet potato and white potato chunked up that I never got around to cooking and mashing together. I want to throw together a Greek bean salad for lunch.
This is our last day of sunshine for a few days, so need to keep working on outside tasks.
Make it a fabulous day!

Hi,
First off I am thankful and proud of the support and protection you all provided in different ways. Just like books, tv programs, or foods, we are all different. The thing is we have choices. If this community isn't right for you, then just move on. I was much more eloquent last night. I think all of your points were valid and well said. Somewhere in society we have forgotten when to quietly slip out the door and when to make a statement. High fives ladies!
Yesterday ended up being a not bad day. I am not a fan of the fall/winter weather, but realize that things need rest. Work was steady. I complimented several people yesterday. (Part of the see good in others). I was only 100 calories over for the day. Not bad considering no sleep. Dh wanted to go to a cruise in. Brrr! Three layers of clothes and a coat! Way too many clothes! We stayed about an hour. So I got fresh air and more car knowledge. I enjoyed the fact that the older gentlemen didn't assume that I didn't know anything about our car or other cars. It was refreshing. I saw my first Dodge Shelby GLHS. I knew Shelby made some other brands, but this was one of 500 made in 1986. Nothing sporty about it and not my cup of tea, but the story behind the car and owner were fascinating. We do have a lot of car enthusiasts in our area. Heated seat was on when we left. I had planned on getting in hottub to warm up when got home, but friend came over. Enjoyed her visit. The heat is on in our home. C I still put extra blanket on my side of the bed. Currently set at 68, but will go down when the temps do. That seemed like a strange statement, but I really don't like extremes in temps ( within reason). In the summer the temp in our house goes up as the outside temps do also.
DH really wants to go to a car show in Cincinnati today. We wouldn't stay the whole time but would support our club and the cause ( pink ribbon). Then there is another cruise in closer to home tonight that we may swing into. Several folks we know will be there. I know car show season is coming to an end. The "ladies" will be put to bed for winter. So will enjoy with lots of clothes for now. Planning on going to farm next weekend. Really need to get the heat turned on and check it out for rodent patrol. It has been about 6 weeks since down there.
Today is to make progress on a project you have been avoiding......I have pretty much done that all week. Will try to tackle some training for work. Will see what the day brings.
Tracey I hope your hand is better this morning.
Heather I love the paintings!
Beth and Lanette and Lisa Well done on your projects!
I am sure there is more but I must get something accomplished this morning. Have to be in Cincinnati tomorrow at 8 am for a dealer meeting. Have a friendcretiring on her birthday on Thursday. Her DH is planning a "surprise" party for her. She heard him talking about it-oops. I am thinking of gifting her a color book, markers and colored pencils, and maybe a scentsy pot with scents. My DH said he doesn't know if she colors. My comment was she will need something relaxing if she will be home with her DH all day every day. I would do candle but she has dog and cat. Plus I have extra Scentsy pots and lots of scents.
I want you to know how much I love and appreciate you all,
Kylia in Ohio where I did get in hottub inspite of the cold

Annie So many hard decisions to make. Remember to care for yourself above all. Your parents need you.
Betsy Good thoughts for your sister and safe travels.
Lanette True statement about movement and modern conveniences. I bet your DH is saying just what you said.
Ginny I hope you are feeling better today.

Good Sunday morning, y'all, from the chilly but still green Arkansas River Valley,
Betsy - I do hope the tests for your sister show positive results. I know you'll enjoy your time together on the drive.
Kylia - You're a stronger woman than I am - I really don't like being cold anymore... hurts the joints too much! Sounds like you and your DH had fun, though. Car shows really do seem like the last gasp of summer.Lisa - I'm envious of the projects you and Corey are always doing at your house. The planning, the execution, the conversation as it all evolves. I guess that's why I enjoy working on the chicken house/run on a much smaller scale of course. What do I need to do, what can I do to make it happen.
Lanette - Thank you for that. It reminds me that I'm lucky to have him, even when I get frustrated with him. I had to get him to stop and hear me a couple of times, but after the dust settled, it all worked out, and we were both reasonably happy with yesterday's outcome. When he says "can I make a suggestion?" I either have to learn to say "No!" or accept the following suggestion with better grace. I had to walk myself around the corner and give myself a good talking to, but we survived it... If we were perfect, we'd be annoying.
Heather - In all the flapdoodle yesterday, I never commented on the pieces that you, Edie, and Johnnie created--I liked them all!
Rebecca - Loved your sister's card, it was absolutely beautiful, and Eli is growing by leaps and bounds... beautiful boy.
Allie - Hope you felt the love in the air yesterday... and hope you got some sleep last night!
Love y'all!
Lisa

Today, once it warms up, will probably be working outside, there's a lot to do out there as well as in here! However, there was one thing I was pleased about during yesterday's rustle around with those things in storage. I found my pasta machine! Looks a lot like this image:
However--with just a little bit of care, you can also use a pasta machine to roll out both slabs and thin, coil-able pieces of clay for pottery... which I might just want to do. So it made me happy when I realized I hadn't gotten rid of it. It was quite expensive when I bought it, and even more so now, to get a good one, so it was a good find. Going shopping in your own storage area--the benefits to a leaky memory!
Now I just need to get some clay...
Time for a cup of tea!
Later, y'all,
Love,
Lisa in AR

Jake is quite forthcoming about the fact that he doesn't care for unsolicited advice and yet he is a champion at doling it out, usually prefacing it with "You might want to...." LOL. We've been married for over 30 years and it still surprises me. He loves to tell people especially his friends and loved ones to "be safe" or "lock your doors" and can't understand why his daughter is regularly offended by those statements, taking them to mean that she wouldn't do those things without a reminder from him.

Morning ladies
Slept hard last night,Alfie woke me early fed him and went back to sleep for a bit..

Tracy is still nursing and Miles is almost 2 if any of you have any weaning ideas let me know.. she nurses him before bed but not in his bed and then puts him in his bed and reads him a couple of books, she texted me this morning said that he fell asleep before she finished the 2nd book and slept from 7 pm-4:30 am straight ..usually he wakes up and she has to go sleep with him
So she is going to try and put him to bed a bit later..
Today I'll get laundry folded and put away

Fake Stamp Update
I forgot to get the mail yesterday so went to the box this morning. Guess what I found. The 2 envelopes I mailed to myself on Thursday with the "fake stamps". They went through the postal system just fine, stamps cancelled at the regional center in Tacoma. No return to sender, no knock on the door (yet) from the FBI or anything.
I have mixed feelings. I'm glad I apparently didn't waste my money. But I'm also concerned about why I got the "scam" alert. And why the comments from some folks who said they were fake and there's no way anyone would sell these stamps at a big discount. Did the folks who said they were fake ever try to use them? Or were they just repeating what they heard someone else say?
Did Facebook actually vet this advertiser and decide it was legit because it really was? So them accepting the ad was OK?
If the stamps were counterfeit, was the counterfeiter really that good?
Was the equipment at the regional center in Tacoma malfunctioning so these slipped through?
Does the USPS make enough money from delivering bulk mail and Amazon packages that they aren't really concerned about a few counterfeit stamps people use since most businesses use postage machines anyhow?
I'm going to repeat the test with different sized envelopes this time. I'm still not 100% confident that if I used one to send payment for a bill, for example, that it would get delivered without more proof.

Hello all! Hope you are all having/ or have had (for those of you across the ocean) a wonderful weekend. I am on day 3 of a 4 day weekend. I had Friday off; so no kids in the house, but I had a woman come over to help me with some necessary paperwork regarding my childcare. So...half day of work there. I also met the septic company when they arrived to pump the tank. We do this every two years, but this year they found a couple of small cracks near where the tank opening/cover sits. SO...figuring out how to fit a $6,000 tank purchase into our budget. Anyway, other than that it has been a good weekend. Yesterday was cold and rainy, but I got up and went to see two of my former childcare kiddos play soccer. I am so glad I did. The boys were ecstatic and held up the match as they left the field to give me a hug. (They are five years old, so this behaviour is okay) They were playing on opposing teams; but it was fun to watch them cheer each other on and be "kind" and step out of the way so their friend could make a goal. lol It rained through the majority of the match, and so today I have a stuffy nose. Oh well. It was worth it.
NSV for me: I haven't had any alcohol or chips in over four weeks! It is getting easier, now. I don't think of myself as an alcoholic, but the nightly beer or glass of wine had become a habit that wasn't helping my health/weight. Of course with the beer and wine went munchies (chips, being the snack of choice). I am not going to weigh myself yet. I am finally feeling good at letting go of the two bad habits; now I need to add a couple of good habits. Walking and yoga. I have so many little ones currently in my care, that we haven't been able to take walks in about four weeks. (I need a stroller that fits 6-8 kids). With that loss in activity, I am really feeling every extra move I make and need to get some walking in either in the morning or in the evening. It is that time of the year where I am going to have to move my walks onto the treadmill in the house. In a week or two there will be ice on the driveway and sidewalks. I have YakTraxx; but my feet still slip a bit and my knees and ankles don't hold up as well with the constant slip and correct that happens when you walk on ice.
One more bit of info that I have been struggling with this fall: Earlier this summer my older sister went into ER with abdominal pain. They ended up taking a scan and ironically they took it too high and had to retake the scan. WELL, that first scan (where they aimed too high) showed "nodules" on her lungs and her lymph glands and a couple of other internal areas. (The abdominal pain they chalked up to her diverticulitis flaring up) A bunch of scans, biopsies, surgery, etc later and she has begun chemo treatment for stage 3 adenocarcinoma. She has finished her second chemo treatment and had a scan and all of the nodules and lesions are currently gone. She is happy and the docs are happy, that will probably mean a remission when her treatments end. Because she was diagnosed at stage 3-stage 4 that means that it will most likely be back; but we will take this remission and hope it gives her many more years of life. We have lost a mother and one younger sister to cancer/brain tumors. This news was hard for my older sis (and all of us). Although we know people who have had cancer and have beaten it; bc we lost our mother and sister it has kind of become almost a certainty (at least in both of our brains) that this is how we will die. And I don't say that as a dramatic announcement. My sister and I were both talking about it. Death is an inevitability for everyone and cancer just feels like a fact for us. A "well, that's that." sort of situation. I have to giggle here, because my DH is the morbid half. He has been preparing for his death for a few years, now. Because of his chronic pain, RA, and other health issues; his mantra has always been "When I die..." or "I only have about 5 years left; if that!" Now, when he says that, I say, "You know, I could easily go before you..." He can't deal with that. lol
Anyway, I have been reading everyone's posts for the past few weeks. I have enjoyed all of the pictures of grandchildren, gardens, bees, furbabies, craftwork, painting and other artworks, voice talent (margaret) (so much talent in this group)! Thank you for sharing so much with us! Give me a few weeks to get my new habits established and hopefully I will be in the headspace to be able to spend more time replying to everyone in this thread. Welcome new girls! We are all kind of women who accept all kinds of women! Swear, don't swear...doesn't matter! MFP will turn every word into "kitten" anyway! lol ttfn xoxoxo KJ (Kelly)7 -
Tracey I have a functional doctor and my blood work every 3 months includes a test for inflammation. If I have signs of inflammation, I am told to follow the anti-inflammatory diet. I have followed it, but not to the letter, and have not any inflammation showing up for a very long time. It probably will show up next time due to my eating too many tootsie rolls this time. I know it’s not good for me, but I indulge once a year. As a result, my sugar will be up, my live counts will be up, and with the way I feel, my inflammatory numbers will be up. So why do I do this to myself? I AM A SUGAR ADDICT! There I said it! It is a real thing you can look up. This time, I will blame my DH for buying the first bag for me. He was trying to be nice, however, didn’t think about what it does to me. Like alcohol with him, I can’t just have one. Oh, well, time to stop (I only have a little left) and get back on the band wagon!

1.Write down three things you can look forward to this month. 1. Another month of sobriety 2. Cooler weather 3. Decorating for Halloween6. Remind yourself that things can change for the better. No matter how bad you think it is, it can always get worse. So enjoy life no matter where you are, or what you are doing, or your circumstances.
2. Find something to be optimistic about (even if it’s a difficult time). I am optimistic about cooler weather.
3. Take a small step to a goal that really matters to you. I need to call my uncle.
4. Start the day with the most important thing on your to-do-list. Updating this list and My Fitness Pal.
5. Be a realistic optimist. See life as it is but focus on what’s good. I usually hope for the best but prepare for the worst. I think this counts!
7. Look for the good in people around you today. I can do this if I try. This was not difficult to do with visitors. Employees were a different matter!
8. Make some progress on a project or task you’ve been avoiding. I need to clean the cabinets out. I am planning to start today.9. Share an important goal with someone you trust.
10. Take time to reflect on what you have accomplished recently.
11. Avoid blaming yourself or others. Find a helpful way forward.
12. Look out for positive news and reasons to be cheerful today.
13. Ask for help to overcome an obstacle you are facing.
14. Do something constructive to improve a difficult situation
15. Thank yourself for achieving the things you often take for granted.
16. Put down your to-list and do something fun or uplifting.
17. Take a small step toward a positive change you want to see in society.
18. Set hopeful, but realistic goals for the days ahead.
19. Identify one of your positive qualities that will be helpful in the future.
20. Find joy in tackling a task you’ve put off for some time.
21. Let go of the expectations of others and focus on what matters to you.

“There is no need for me to accept blame for another person’s irrational actions. I will deal with my own shortcomings.” ALANON’s One Day at a Time.4 -
Quote of the Day, from ONE DAY AT A TIME. This one talked to me. Lots of good stuff in this book. I also purchased a book on the ALANON program. I can’t attend meetings, but I am getting a lot from the books! “ If I don’t make big problems out of little ones, I can save myself much grief.

Lisa thanks for taking care of our troll.... and Margaret thanks for taking the high road... We have our ups and downs but most everyone is supportive
I had troll dolls as a kid and always think of the naked dolls with crazy hair when an internet troll is mentioned.
Kim in N. California
I loved those dolls! In fact, when my oldest was 12, I began looking for them (before the internet!) and started her a collection of them too. I think she still has a few at 44 YO! Funny as I had some original ones that I started her off with! LOL
Remember Pet Rocks? The thing you put on your ankle and spun around to jump over? (I forget what that was called) And I don’t see any jump roping kids any more. Hula hoops either. Only adults doing those for exercise. Oh, yes, and POGO sticks! The last time I saw one, I had bought one for my son who was ‘trying to get in the World Book of Records” but couldn’t make an hour on it. He tried every day! LOL he is 38 now.
SHEESH I am getting old!

Using profanity.. in reference to one’s granddaughter. Our society has become so desensitized to it, it has been excepted as ok , even normal. As it is here, on this group and defended by other’s here. No Thank you.. I won’t be a part.
I appreciate the explanations and excuses of why the profanity of this young girl is ok here. But it is not ok.
I thought this group wasn’t for you? So why do you continue to criticize? We all are accepting and kind people. This is a safe place to vent. If you really don’t like how we support each other, say nothing and just leave rather than angering everyone with your pretend morals.4 -

He was not happy back then with the doctor situation and said he knew of folks that drove down to the states to get medical attention. Haven't spoken with him recently so I have no idea if that's still the case. We are seeing doctor shortages in the US in some areas too. I think the pandemic wore them out and they made the decision to retire early. I know of a couple that went into telehealth.
Margaret - you summed it up quite nicely. I appreciate that we can vent frustration and sadness here in a safe place. The comments and conversation this afternoon made me think of my maternal grandmother who lived on the farm next to us when I was a kid. Every Sunday she'd go to church and every morning she'd read "The Upper Room." She talked to Jesus all day long. She didn't drive but walked all over the neighborhood to look in on sick neighbors, and take them produce from her garden in the summer. Sometimes she'd take one of us grandkids along to walk with her and we knew to sit quietly while the adults talked. Some of the neighbors had rather coarse language, but she never mentioned anything or was critical unless we made a comment to her later. She'd say something like "We aren't supposed to talk like that, but we are all sinners and Jesus loves us anyhow." But if she discovered anyone was a thief or liar, she had plenty of criticism for that type of activity. Whew! Gosh I miss her. I think she's in charge of the band of Angels doing their darndest to keep me out of trouble, lol.
What a lovely flower - water lily?
Kim - when I saw the picture of that troll I thought "where's its outfit?" I think we had clothes for them too. And we called them "Dammit dolls". No idea why.
Rebecca - I know I've asked before but can't remember what you said - does your sis sell her paintings? I remember the beautiful ones of birds painted on sheets of music. Eli is growing so fast. Thanks for the photos, as always.
Terri -
Annie- having your sis come after she retires and spend some time to do the cleaning is a great idea. Glad you found the bills! Again, many hugs - you are in the position of being both parent and child. I think you are handling it well. All you can do is the best you can.
Well, ladies, here's the newly stained deck. I should have taken before photos - prior to Roger pressure washing it. It could use another coat of stain but I'm not concerned. It's better than it was and will be mostly waterproof this winter.

Yes she does sell them at a arts and craft fair that's coming up. Its down in the Salem Oregon area. She is excited and hopes to paint about 30 items to sell. I like that her paints are so sweet. Simple.🤗💖
