Heather ... sorry to hear you fell! Glad nothing serious as a result.
Lanette ... Just for giggles, I decided to check my electric bill after looking at yours. My billing period was for 33 days and we used a total of 830 kWh. The delivery portion (basic service/delivery) was the greater part of the bill at $77.00. Our electric supply charges are based upon off-peak and on-peak hours. We do this primarily for the swimming pool pump in the summer (run it at off-peak), but it makes a difference year-round. On-peak charges were .059242 per kWh and off-peak were .044438 per kWh. We used 590 kWh on-peak and 240 kWh off-peak for approximately $48.00 in supply charges. My home is a 2000 sq. ft. ranch and uses mostly gas ... gas dryer, furnace (blower uses electric), water tank, and range and it was a warmer month than usual. When the temps drop next week that furnace and its blower will be running! Looking at last year's history, it appears that the outside OSB sheets and siding may have had a positive effect.
Weather ... it was very windy yesterday, and while we had some power flickering, no loss of electric. Today is considerable less windy and we're having snow showers.
My mom is being discharged from rehab today back to her assisted living facility. She is definitely ready to get back to her own surroundings. I'm hoping that she will remember to use good sense and use her call button for help when transferring. Sometimes she remembers ... sometimes she gets impatient and tries to go it alone.

I keep trying to be a bit more active each day.
Today I did a bit more in the kitchen.
Then washed laundry and hung it outside.
By then I was ready for a break.
I am so much looking forward to getting my energy back!!!

Thought i'd posted this morning at 4:30 came here I just couldn't sleep. I did go back to bed. Had a little shut eye. Anyhow anyways it's my eight day of eat less move more. It's working and I will be here tonight with my tops weight in. My scale is giving me a loss.
Ginny I understand your hubby well with the cravings for sugar I don't know if it's all diabetics like that but I am. Have been in control for starting my eight day.
machka9 I was on Ozempic for my diabetise And they had to take me off because a shortage. Pharmacist said it was because to many doctors prescribed it lose weight. So now us diabetics have to do without. And my b/s is up like never before. Oh well.
Linda from the great white Northern Ontario.5 -
Yesterday after reservations and wetlands walk, I stopped and Family Dollar to buy a birthday card, then mailed card and picked up packages, got gas and car wash, then Subway. I like their salads and DH likes the subs. Glad I go to cardiologist tomorrow, My BP this morning was 149/106, even with my change in eating.
Today is appropriate for out discussions today! Save electricity you peculiar people (includes me!! LOL)

Heather - Ack! Hope the boiler-fixer guy has come and gone and successfully got you going again. Hate it when I have to wear heavy clothes in the house to stay warm. Like Ginny, I've got one small electric heater I can plug in just to keep my feet from getting too cold in the craft room. Hope there is no lingering soreness from the fall. Glad you didn't rebreak that wrist!
Annie - Very much agree with Machka to take the list of what you know with you to the docs and get a good sense of what your dad needs to be taken and when. You may need to take over his meds if it's possible at all. Maybe if the doc tells your dad to hand over the responsibility to you?
Tracey - You need to trust yourself and your judgment, my dear. You understood the assignment much better than you thought, obviously! And 🤪 love the weather meme. 🙄 Silly buggers. The only career field in the world where you can be right 12 percent of the time and still keep your job. 🙃 So pleased the GoFundMe for your daughter is going well. They deserve every bit of help they can get, bless 'em.
Lanette - Sounds like you're prepped and ready. Good for Rosie!
Pip - Well done on the driving test! I had to have all that for my TSA-starred license, too, and finally broke down and got it earlier this year when I registered the Kicks. Since I knew I had to be at the DMV anyway, I found my wedding certificate for both and the divorce papers for the first one to show the name changes. I wonder if you have to do it again when you renew?
Rosemary - Enjoy the RAV! I've heard that people love them, but never had one.
More later, most likely. Acupuncture appointment in the early afternoon.
Love y'all!

Kylia-I sent you a friend request. I live just east of you I think (I am 45 minutes west of CBus). If nothing else I am wanting a trip to Town and Country for TraderJoes and Roederers. I have been thinking a coffee might be nice. In terms of husband and diet-you being a role model is about all you can do. My husband would eat healthy (or relatively slow) and then top the day off eating an entire key lime pie. He told me once he was diagnosed with diabetes his sugar cravings went out the roof. I've not had sugar issues to date so I don't completely understand but I believe the struggle is real.
Pip-congrats on license. Did you have to get the Real Id one (the TSA approved thing?). I got mine a couple of years ago and you did need a lot of extra paperwork, and I have been in the Ohio BMV system for years.
Rosemarie-Congratulations on the Rev 4. I had a 2011 for several years and we liked it. They are dependable vehicles. Nice of you to help your BIL out.
Tracey-your assessment for the youth was right on track. Teachers are an integral part of a case plan for a youth. Once they have entered the system it is easy for people to just figure the case worker will handle everything. I don't think the Canadian system is that much different than ours-our case managers coordinate things for the youth and their families but they need good, up to date information so the correct intervention can occur.
Heather-hope boiler repair is quick and easier. Boilers for heat are really fairly simple machines. I keep a couple of small space heaters to use when it gets really cold to help my furnace-I can set them close to where I am sitting and it gets heat to my feet!
Heading out of town this pm. Will be at a state park lodge. It isn't a very long drive (2 hours). Rain has moved out so drive shouldn't be bad. I am leaving so I can get there before sunset (will be driving in the hills). Meet some colleagues for dinner tonight, Meeting all day tomorrow and finish Friday in time to make drive home before dark.
Going to get ready for work. Not working out this am since I have PT at 10 am. I need to be careful not to overdo things. We are making progress on foot! Modifying eating to accommodate less exercise at the moment, I know I will find the balance.
Take care all,
Ginny in Ohio
I didn’t have to but I did get a real I’d since it will become mandatory next year. I had all the documents under the sun with me in case they asked for it. Whew! That is done and I don’t have to stress anymore8 -

I did have to bring (or so I was told) 4 marriage certificates, 2 divorce papers, one death certificate, birth certificate, passport I’d card, two bills with my name on it, my current license, I even had my old license of when I lived in California I don’t know how many years ago (luckily I had it cuz they asked for it). I even had all my Ss cards. They ONLY thing I didn’t have was my 1st marriage certificate (I was 19) , the county couldn’t find it but I did get my divorce paper that showed what my original name was and that it was going to be restored after the divorce was final. The county is asking the state to look for it and they will get back to me. Whew! I had a couple of drinks when I got home7 -
Hi Gals,
Some of this is old, I started a post and then life got in the way and while I have continued to read I have not commented…so here is the notes I made and what I remember …. Not much! LOL
Michele – I had to look up “Blow molds” They would take a lot more room to store than the ones with the blower that fill with air when turned on, but would look a lot better when not turned on then the yards of flat blowups so many yards around me have.
Lisa – I was laughing at the bathroom event! I would have needed to unwind before going back to sleep also!
Pip – congrats on DMV – I am a good test taker and the California drivers license test is the most convoluted test I have ever taken….
Heather – hope you are not too sore after your fall
The Taco Pizza ---- game….. I played that at Thanksgiving and gave a couple of them at Christmas time… very fun, and a game you don’t have to follow tons of rules to play.
Rosie - thanks for helping Lanette and your chicken friends!
Heater/boiler/furnace - So my mom’s went out on Sunday night – she didn’t bother to tell anyone till Monday, and she told a neighbor who waited until Monday night to tell me when the neighbor called to chew me out for not helping. Mom had called her furnace guy who would be out in 2 weeks. It was in the 30’sF at night (2-4C). I grabbed my space heater and headed down there. Made some calls got 2 more space heaters and found a HVAC guy who would come out the next day and a neighbor who she uses as a handyman who could come look at it. It’s been cold for her – but she would not come to my home or even close off rooms she wasn’t using… but today a brand new furnace is being installed. And yes I used the “frail elderly” card over and over!!! The old furnace could have been fixed but it is 20 years old and the repair is ½ of the cost of a new one and what broke was not the main computer board which is the most likely to break. Plus the new one could be installed today. The part not until next week.
Beth – fingers crossed that she’ll remember to ask for help. With my mom it is not that she can’t remember but she thinks it is a sign of weakness/stupidness to ask for help.
Machka – glad to hear you are getting a bit better, Covid is so tough mostly because everyone is affected so differently!
Kylia – I was wondering if some high protein snacks would help- maybe some seasoned nuts, or the dried seasoned chick peas, or edamame
Annie - I felt like I was having to manipulate my mom to get the right things to happen – and was feeling bad about it. I mentioned that at a counseling appointment and my counselor said a caregiver is not a manipulator she/he/they are the conductor so you (and me) are orchestrating the behavior/situation for the best outcome. I try to imagine myself as Micky Mouse in Fantasia just waving my wand (usually the phone) to make sure all the right things are happening, pulling in resources overriding complaints …..
Tracey – in some ways that is the role you need to be in sometimes with kids you can’t fix everything but you can help orchestrate the situation.
Lisa – So glad to hear you found another veggie (AKA fruit) that you like! Butternut squash is a delight, I also like it as soup, I also blend it without much extra liquid and use it as the “sauce” in lasagna, or I will dice it (big dice) and roast it to bring out all the sugars and eat it that way, or add it to enchiladas filling with a bit of meat or beans.
Welcome to all the newbies!
Love ya all,
Kim in N. California

Still waiting for the boiler guy. He is coming around 5 pm. I have been in bed most of the day, in my clothes and slipper boots. The electric convector is on in the living room, and John is in there.
My thought is that a part will be needed and the supply shops will be shut, so it won't be done until tomorrow morning.
I've cancelled going to French Circle, because we both don't have the energy, and the guy will overrun the time we need to leave. I am paying the yearly fee though, because we have been three times and not paid yet. The woman who runs it is very sweet.
So, life is pending. I did my exercises this morning, barring press ups and weights, (to rest my wrist) and I managed a writing session. Other than that, a phone call to L and a nap. Half an hour until the guy is supposed to come.
Love to all, Heather UK xxxxxxxx5 -
Snowflake1968 wrote: »Barbara - I did recommend “Only Murder’s in the Building”, I’m glad you’re enjoying it.
No storm damage is always a good thing.
Lanette - Is it Windows 10 they are stopping support on this year? I remember the IT guy at work saying the computers would need to be updated because they weren’t compatible with the new operating systems and I’m sure it was Windows 10 that we were running. The first Windows I used was 3.1 when I took my computer course in 1994-1995 a month before I graduated Windows 95 was released. Or at least updated at the school.
Allie - happy birthday to Miles. Love his little jacket.
I hear you about the mess! I am overwhelmed with it myself right now and can’t do a thing about it until my wall gets done. We’ve got this!
My MIL said her heart attacks changed her a lot. Even her tastes in food changed. She used to drink probably 7 or 8 coffees a day and went down to none for a few years. When she had her second heart attack she craved and wanted it again. She also called herself lazy afterwards. I don’t think it’s lazy, I think it’s different priorities and one of those is rest when we need it.
Barbie - How old is Annie? Will the chewing stop soon for you?
Machka - in my experience Covid hits everyone completely differently. Sorry you’re having such a struggle with it.
Sorry to read about your ex’s passing.
Rebecca - I can’t wait for you to share a picture of your sister’s painting. It sounds so beautiful and touching.
Those 4 months have flown!
Debbie - Ahh Bluey, yes a big favourite of my granddaughter’s I have only seen an episode or two as we don’t watch much tv when she is here, but her Mother actually watches it with her. She says it is one of the best shows she’s seen and she likes how it is done. She also said she doesn’t want to strangle herself after watching more than one episode at a time. She liked Handy Manny like that too.
Barbie - one of the things we did at the nursing home was “Armchair Travel” once a month the Rec department put “airplane windows” on the walls, had a cart done up like an airline, they watched videos of their destination and had a meal that the area is known for. They had trivia and a craft usually as well. It was well attended by our residents.
Margaret - interesting story. My DH watches the history of… series there is food, toys, technology. They are pretty fascinating.
Kylia - Lunch room slobs seem to be an issue in every business. The worse I have ever seen though was the home. It was just “expected” that housekeeping would do it. They even had a dishwasher.
I see the resemblance in you and your sister. It sure is funny how life works out?
I have been on Wellbutrin for the third time now since 2020 when things started going really south at work. I was debating last night if I need them anymore or not. I have been slowly cutting back, I just need to decide whether to fill the next prescription or not. My doctor and I talked about it and she suggested I not go off them in the Winter. So I probably will keep them for a while.
Terri - I agree winter is too busy for the Grim Reaper.
Sorry for the loss in your family.
Annie - your Dad probably needs some help remembering his meds now. It’s a lot on you.
Lisa - I tried to watch that Elvis movie and didn’t like the format at all. All of the cartoonish things turned me off.
Glad you had a great visit. That’s so nerve wracking when our babies are in the air or on the road.
Rita - the States has a lot that’s not available in Canada. A lot just stopped being available here during Covid. My biggest disappointment was Ragu Spaghetti Sauce and Bugles (the snack).
Cooper and Cayennes mom - I went back to school this year at age 55. I don’t know how you’re doing it at 70! Good for you.
Heather - when I’m logging I’m quite honest with it because I figure the only one I’m hurting is me if I don’t.
“But I wish we had known how to practice love better.” That spoke to me.
I think DH and I are content with one another right now and love each other dearly as friends. We need to work on practicing love more, that’s a good way to put it.
Lanette - I actually tracked my weight all week last week and was going to send you a report for today and then my homework overtook my evening yesterday. I’ll do it next week for sure
Vicki - I’m glad your doctor is looking into your heart quickly.
I remember nights my Dad stayed at neighbours “in the road” so that he could get to work the next day. We lived on a rural road that didn’t receive attention if school was going to be cancelled. We also took a couple people that were stuck “down the road” a couple of times I remember.
As I typed that I don’t know why when the road that runs the same direction is in or down, and not “in and out” or “up and down.” Things that make you go 🤔
Rebecca - Congratulations to your son.
I’ve had a teary day today. First I am planning a surprise party for our eldest who is turning 35 this year. I don’t know how that happened, since I was just 35 myself! Then as I was planning that with her sister and her best friend. Kaitlyn’s best friend sent the GoFundMe for Kaitlyn and Brodey.
She had the most beautiful words about these precious kids of mine. I just had to cry.
This is it if you’re interested in looking.
I’m ready for bed.

Here you go.

Hello ladies!
They (the weather Gods) say that snow is on its way to our island Thursday or Friday, so we are shopping today, to get that out of the way.
Oh man Heather falling is no fun!!! I'm so sorry! Then the boiler goes. Dang stupid Karma, life can be feast or famine! I hope a hot shower is in your future, and you just coddle yourself the next few days. I know you thrive on a schedule but listen to your body friend.💖👍🏼
So yesterday I tried to buy some Brio trains for my Athena that someone was selling on a for sale site locally. The item was on our for sale site here, but the proceeds were going toward our free donation place Garage of Blessings. So I posted on the thread I was interested, maybe 4th post. I sent a private Messenger message to the poster asking if this was available. Then we went to the Garage of Blessings place when it opened on Monday. We waited in line in the windy cold listening to a guy talk to a lady about getting kicked out of the shelter and the problem he was having with his fentanyl burned hands. I felt like an alien. The gal at the center said 30 people wanted this train set for $25. I said well I don't know where I am on your list, but I asked about it on Saturday, left you messages, and I am here with money in hand. She said that she was waiting to get back with a gal on the list at 3 pm, and it was only 11 am. I asked so my money is no good then? She just turned and shut her door. I hate when people don't communicate well. I would think a person in front of you with money to pay kinda trumps some person leaving a "I'm interested" on a message. Ok rant over.😂😁🙄

Pip--Great news on passing DMV test.
Heather--Sorry to hear about your fall. Glad nothing is broken. I am so afraid of falling with all the snow and ice we have, but seems lately I just fall in the house.
Rosemarie--Sounds like you made a good choice on a Rav4. So hope the dealer can bring it to you. What color is it?
Lanette--Glad Rosie woke you up and you could take care of the traps. I bet you can figure out a way to make the traps stay up better. You Rock at taking care of the chickens.
Sounds like we are in for more snow and rain the next couple days and temps near zero and below. I am glad to just go from home to work and back. Have no desire to go anywhere else. Sounds like from what I hear on the news we all are having an good old fashion snow storms.

Michael the boiler guy came just before 5 pm. He diagnosed 'condenser' almost immediately and cleared out masses of black gunge from it! Our fault for not having it serviced.
Really nice guy. I put on my best charming self. Mentioned my 78 yr old husband. He said the normal charge was £70 + VAT, but he was charging me £50 + VAT. I could hardly believe it! Such a relief!!!
Here's hoping it stays working. 🙏
A salutary reminder of how much we rely on our modern conveniences. Grateful.
Just a couple of bumps from the fall. I nearly brought John down with me, but managed to push him back up. I can feel my wrist, but there's no swelling. Once again, very grateful.
Hoping for a quieter day tomorrow. I have Daniel coming to put up the grab rail and mend the hinge on the cupboard door. John wants him to explain to him how to tighten the toilet seat, which is slopping around. He has put on seats before, but can't see how to do this one.
Thank you for all your concern. Appreciated.

Gratitudes:
1/10- Bob and Brad the most famous physical therapists on the internet, and a chiropractor who responds to 6:45 am texts with tips to get me through ‘til she can see me Friday. Something went “snick” in my left bicep and now certain movements are painfully impossible. My “I might need it someday” instincts proved true this morning when I found both a “stay dry“ ice pack with straps to fasten to arm/shoulder, and a sturdy arm sling. BUT that will make it very hard to purge and declutter this mess! 1/9-The good nature and humor of our casserole-a-thon team, especially our leader’s.
Lisa hooray for the good iron levels, Fingers X’d that moderating the supplements will likewise moderate the digestive issues.
Barbie Annie looks so cosy in her sweater and new bed
Rita really like your oil spritzer, thanks for the pic. Added to my Amazon wish list.
Heather Taco/Cat/Goat/Cheese/Pizza looks like fun! Hate tripping on roots, really hope the bumps and bruises are minor.
Kylia sure hope you have studded snow tires for all that driving! Brr. Sometimes when Joe doesn’t hear my loving advice,,, I ask my BIL to give Joe a hint…
Rosemarie when I don’t eat enough protein I’m always hungry and will eat whatever isn’t nailed down. ;{
Well done, Rosie!!
Tracey Your insight on what you can as a teacher do for troubled kids is spot on. Hope it helps your confidence build.
Kim great insight about care givers/conductors for best possible outcome, the Mickey/Sorcerer’s Apprentice image.
That’s it for me. Typing one handed is so frustrating. Surprised at how much I use my left arm for. Gonna eat breakfast, take an aspirin and go back to bed, blowing off line dance class today.

Worked then since it was raining did a Leslie Sansone DVD
Rebecca – congrats to your son (and you)
Annie - $950!!!! Wow! Yes, just a few lines with a link to the website, sounds good
M – glad you are feeling better.
Tracey and Debbie – PJ constantly watches TV, too. Every time I go to Denise’s, the TV is on, sometimes both the TV in the living room and the one in their room are on. Lately he likes to water Spiderman. Guess I need to get with the times. I just feel that at his age it's too violent. But I don't say anything
Made cupcakes for Vince. Now to make the icing and ice them. Maybe I’ll put them in the refrigerator for a few just so that they’re cool when I go to ice them.
Lisa – Vince is somewhat like you, always watching the weather on his computer. Then he looks to see how it is in DE and in Cary, NC.
Vince has Newcomer shooting tonight. If it’s going to continue raining, I may not go to ceramics. I’m not crazy at all about driving in the rain in the dark, and it isn’t like this is something that’s critical.
Pip – congratulations!!!!
Wed here: went to the gym and found out that they have a spin class every day from 6 – 6:45 so I guess I won’t be using the spin bike. That’s what I was going to do but instead used the stairstepper and then took the water aerobics class. Afterwards went to the Salvation Army (natch) and did get 2 more exercise DVD’s and a Christmas ornament. They charged me only ½ price for the ornament. I was a bit surprised at that but it really doesn’t matter. Then to Big Lots where I got some Nature Valley granola bars to keep in my bag that I use for the soup kitchen. I always have to have something to eat before going there because I get so hungry and then wind up eating something not good for me. (like cookies) Big Lots has their Christmas things only 50% off. Even WalMart has 75%.
Heather – glad to hear that no damage was done at your fall Just more embarrassing than anything else, eh? Oh no, the boiler is out! Old age can sometimes have its benefits, right? Hope the repair is quick. Freezing is no fun. Glad you got the old heater out
Rosemarie – I must have missed about your new car. What did your brother say? What color is it? Congrats
Weather – sun is out but very cold. It’s only 46 but the wind makes it feel colder
Linda – will you get the Ozempic again? If not, what are you using right now?
Kim – you’re right, the blowmolds take up much more room. But I really think they look so much nicer than a blob on your lawn during the day. You mother’s heater, too. What is this about heaters?
Vince wants me to help take down the arches. Back in a few
Vince held this yarn for me while I balled it up. I did one skein last night and it took me about 3 hours. So much easier having someone hold it
Bryan sent some pics of Leo. He’s getting big, holding his head up.
Remember I had that root canal and there was an infection so he put antibiotic on it. Well, it’s been a week, I would think by now it would be getting better. But it really isn’t. Well, I go back on the 23rd and then he’ll do a 3D X-ray (that’s what he called it) to be sure there isn’t another canal.
Oh, my friend in Switzerland with the tumor is going to have the operation on the 26th.
Better post this before I forget again….lol

Barbara- Really sorry to hear about your pulled 'thing' in your arm. Glad you are seeing someone soon.
Both John and I feel both relieved and exhausted. Cold is no fun. It made me not want to do anything. Loving my hot radiators! It's 0°C outside tonight. I won't leave the heat on though. Feeling superstitious about that. It comes on at 6.20 a m. I finally get up at 7 to make tea, though I'm often in the front bedroom, reading, before that.

Greetings from the beautiful, sunny afternoon of Arkansas, as it teases us with a springlike day before the winter oozes back in tomorrow night, first with the cold rain, and then snow by Sunday, and 5 degrees by Monday (-15 C). Urk.
Interesting day... I tried a Bon Apetit technique for making poached eggs this morning that worked really well. Crack whole eggs into a bowl with one cup each of vinegar and water, and leave them sit for ten minutes. It denatures the egg white proteins, and basically builds a very thin skin on the outside of each one. You then ladle each egg gently into simmering water and poach for 2 and a half to three minutes. Seriously, the most perfect poached egg I've ever made. Things like that always make me happy.
Acupuncture, at least in an incremental way, may be helping. I struggle, as always, with anything that improves slowly, and as always, I'm also incapable of only doing one thing at one time. I cannot say that it's NOT working. What I can say is that it is truly the only 20 minutes of my week where I am awake and utterly quiet. Not moving, not thinking, not reading, not watching, just being still. I'll continue through this course, for another six weeks or so, and see if things continue to improve.
Before I went to acupuncture, I was able to step on the elliptical for ten minutes, and pleased about that. Just one thing at a time, I guess.
Heather - So glad your house can be heated now! 😀
Barbara - Holy guacamole, woman, take care of that arm. 👀
Pulled out a pork steak for Corey for dinner, but I still have no idea what I want. I'll figure it out later.
Much love from the River Valley, my chickens,

Kim, it was glad to see you show your face... I was about to send out the search doggies. Good caretaker advice, as always. I knew you'd like the idea of me eating squash. Hope Levi's doing well. I think of you often.
Corey's home... he and Egg are in the sunroom, talking. His usual decompression time with her.
Later,
Love,

Lanette - We had no snow, just light rain. Hope your chickies are doing OK. Other than muddy all our critters are fine.
Our forecast calls for snow tomorrow but I am hoping if it does it is late in the day. They are supposed to deliver our new dryer between 11:30 and 1:30. We got a new Maytag PetPro that was on sale. It is supposed to be really good at removing pet
hair from clothing. We shall see.
Good to see you posting Kim.
Hope you are able to stay warm now Heather.
Pip - glad you were able to get the new license.
Everyone take care, Sue in WA6 -

Rebecca happy 4 months to Eli! I have an Eli, too! He and his twin, Peyton, turn 18 in April. I am not ready to have them be adults.
This group really is active. I am not used to that! The last time I was part of a very active group was when I was pregnant with my last son back in 2009.
I have lost 3 pounds in a week. I was not expecting that. I know it won’t be what I will see every week.
I have been walking 1 mile a day for 3 days and walked 2 miles today. I am listening to an audiobook of David Copperfield for a book club that I am part of. The print is so small that I can hardly read the print.

Awe, sweet twins. These are your grandkids? I have a photo frame and get to look at mine all day if I wanna. So sweet.
Great walking, I need to do that!
Nice to meet you!

Rebecca Peyton and Eli are my kids. They are number 3 & 4 out of 5. These are all of them. Left to right. Eli 17, Tyler 27, Lennox 14, Peyton 17, and Trenton 29. Trent is the one who gave me 3 grandchildren.
This is James Benjamin, my oldest grandson.
And this is me with my grandson, Wyatt Edwin, and my granddaughter, Eleanor Rose. Rose was after me as that is my middle name and I didn’t have a daughter of my own.

Michelle I love your California Raisin. When I babysat as a teen one of the girls I babysat had a VHS tape of the California Raisins she would watch over and over again.
I had a doctors appointment on Monday and my bloodwork didn’t look to great. I still have yet to hear back from her about the results. We had about 6 inches of snow yesterday and starting tonight through tomorrow night we could have 4 more inches and then Friday we may end up with 6-8 inches, too.
I have walked 7 days this month so far for a total of 10.5 miles. Today I went to the mall and walked 3 miles where it was dry and warm.

Hello Y'all,
I have been pretty dedicated to going to the gym. Today was lower body day. I had wobbly legs. My daughter is my gym partner. We have a good time together. We were laughing at each other for how we were walking.
Crazy how fast they grow. Hope everyone is good and healthy.8 -

Oh well.

It's the same here in Australia. The people who really need it can't get it.

Simone – beautiful family. Tyler doesn’t look 27 at all. Are you SURE that’s how old he is? Impressive walking.
Did I tell you all that I did make a formal complaint to the NTHSB? It’s going on three months now, and I think that’s a reasonable amount of time for Hyundai to have fixed it. Hopefully, after this snowstorm, anyone with a Hyundai will also make a complaint. I didn’t realize it, but it makes sense. If I go somewhere and the only parking is in a parking garage, I can’t park my car.
Had Newcomer bowling tonight. Now to take a shower and get to bed.

MIchele, please remind me why you can't park your car in a garage?1

Love y'all!

Whew! I had a couple of drinks when I got home
I have had to do all that for my passports (first time only for each) and for my permanent residency in Australia and for my citizenship in Australia. Never for a driver's licence.
California must have some strict rules!
