Hi everyone
As the title suggests, I’m new, again.
I was here about 6 years ago and wanted to lose weight, get fit and become strong and healthy. I failed !
My head wasn’t in the game back then but now, oh wow, things have changed.
In 2019, my big sister suddenly collapsed with a brain haemorrhage and the doctors couldn’t wake her up. She was 49.
6 years on and I’m managing life without her which is tough every day but we are mending. Slowly.
It’s sad to say that her death gave me the kick up the a**e I needed to get myself healthy.
I’ve lost 5 stone in weight and gone down from a UK side 18-20 to size 8-10.
I’m exercising 3 times a week and have a personal trainer who is focusing on building muscle mass and gaining strength.
3 years on from my change in mindset, my body age has reduced from 63 to 40. I’m 53 😁
I’m feeling great in my new body, getting loads of compliments and my husband can’t stop feeling my new tush!!! 🙄
So, I’m beck here again to track my food and ensure I’m getting all the nutrients and protein I need to maintain my weight and build back the muscle I lost during my dieting years.
Glad to be back.
Thanks for reading. 😊
