@dawnbgethealthy , yes! Two of my brothers have partial season tickets to Phillies games, so I get to attend about a dozen games a season.
Day 57—04/01— 172.2 - Going to stick to my last goal weight. I really think I can get there. But I am still improving...its just slow. 🐌
Day 58—04/02— I did weigh myself but my old brain DOESN'T REMEMBER what it was! Sheesh
Day 59—04/03— 172.6 - I remembered to write DOWN what I weighed today…LOL! I went to a ball game last night and had food I don't usually have but it wasn't TOO bad. Back to normal today.
Day 60—04/04— 172.8 - My weight is stalled. I wish the weather would even out so I can walk more. Got a small hyacinth yesterday...the scent brings the outdoors in.
Will probably have another salad for lunch with cottage cheese for added protein. Not sure about dinner....might be fish.

(- 1.10) Eating was pretty much on point and I got a 60-min workout in: 50-min cardio + toning.

(- .8) Went to see a Play last night, and had my dinner beforehand (so super early) which I’m sure contributed to this decrease in weight.

After driving quite far to get home I found the furnace was not done. They ran into some issues. Too far and too tired to go out searching for another hotel so we're roughing it tonight at home. But couldn't pick up cat because it's still much too cold. At least the power is back on and we can plug in the eating pure. It doesn't heat up a room but if you stand 24 inches away or closer you can warm your bones back up. I went away for the day to my daughters where we could stay warm and will be okay tonight under the blankets. At least we have TV this time. No pipes or Frozen because there was no water in them with the power being out. I had had them on dribble and they well pump couldn't come on to refill them so I guess that worked out in my favor. Hopefully furnace will be in full commission by tomorrow and I can catch up on everyone's posts and get this house cleaned up dishes done Etc. It's nice to have water again and working toilets!
