@SummerSkier Sounds like good progress! With no setbacks you'll be back top of game soon.

Look at you getting all speedy @chris_in_cal !

@SummerSkier I'm glad the doctor didn't think you needed an x-ray. I hope a little bit more time and you will be back to normal. Did he say it was okay to run? Fitness is like weight….it goes in the wrong direction so fast and the right direction so slow. You are very consistent. I'm sure you'll get it back quickly once you can do what you want to without pain.

You can do it @Zaxa2021 !

Hang in there @WarmJellyfish . Looks like you're doing better lately. BTW, is a jellyfish really much faster than a tortoise? 🀣🀷

Great running @kgirlhart . I love doing fartleks. I should do them more often…..or maybe I just love "saying" fartleks. 🀣

You are doing great and so consistent @tarun_yadavA .

Cool. Please keep giving your observations on the Oura ring.

FYI: I started Garmin again about two weeks ago and in learning about it some of their metrics take up to three weeks before it gets enough data to make suggestions or calculate patterns. One example is mine reports heart rate variability (HRV) but they say it will need 21-days of readings before it can report any meaningful changes.

There are one time bits that are interesting, but some of it might come from doing comparisons with long term trends….the readings you see might become more meaningful with regular use for awhile.

    Nice running @chris_in_cal .

Thanks @tarun_yadavA . Another great run for you.

Yeah @CMorning99 . Getting into a routine is the best thing to keep you going. Sounds like the oura ring is doing good. I'm with you sleep wise. I'm in bed long enough, but often don't get that much sleep, or even if I do, it's interrupted a lot.

Nice run @yirara . I'm glad you are figuring out what works for you.

@John772016 Sorry you had a rough run today…good to listen to your body though. I hope things work out for some longer runs next week.

Great running @WarmJellyfish . I quit measuring my O2 levels at night. It just used up too much battery power and I'm not sure it was very accurate because I can't have it tight enough and sleep. LOL But, I think it does everything else pretty well, most of the time. I didn't sleep very well at all last night. Below is my graphic. My score was 32.

Where does one find the will power to avoid Doner kebab and fries with mayo, and instead opt for frozen pizza after six Jack 'n Cokes. You are a marvel.

    Nice runs @WarmJellyfish, @quilteryoyo, @SummerSkier, @tarun_yadavA, @kgirlhart & I'll assume @AlphaHowls (once it gets approved πŸ˜„)
Tippy has one of those, 'I'm going to get those waves, just gonna let them think I don't see them' smiles, @quilteryoyo!

Pretty sure after 6 'double pour' J & C's, I'd eat the box the frozen pizza came in.
