I’m in — trying to lose the 10 lbs I gained over the summer, while at the same time build muscle and hit my GW (after losing 60 lbs). I’m very active, typically run/walk/swim 2x day, but the weight isn’t budging this time. I’m predominantly a plant-based eater (but no “white” carbs foods). I just haven’t been as focused the past 2 months so a group is what I need to stay on track and stay motivated!!

Actually — how do I “join” this group? I don’t see a link or button. Lol

@wendyburton4266 Because it's a challenge and not a "group" there is no need to "join" by clicking a link. All you need to do is hop on and start posting your goals, your weight, etc. So you are already in, and it's great to have you here.

Phew!! I made it. I started the week beating myself up for eating too much. I didn't even weigh myself last Friday. So this week I got it back under control.
SW 8/1/24 165
GW 5/2/25 132 to 135
CW 8/15/25 134.5
It's still a mystery to me what a maintenance diet is. I mean I know what it is obviously. I just need to teach myself how to do it. I hate having this fear haunting me. The fear of gaining. I haven't even gotten rid of my "big" clothes yet. That says it all.😉
So onward! I wasted a lot of years being over weight. There's not a day that goes by that I'm not grateful for losing what I did. I'm lucky to have found this group. Keep posting, people. I love reading how determined everyone is. Every little thing helps.6 -
Ooh I want to join in too.

excited to see ONLY a 1-pound gain after a 7-day vacation of not tracking nutrition or daily exercise.
I’ve been near my goal weight for 6 months, so this was a reassuring experience. So time to get back to measuring my high protein intake and 10K daily steps.
