    June 2024 SW: 160

    Challenge SW: 149.8
    8/8: 148.0
    8/15: 147.8

Challenge GW: 140-145 ish. (This will be maintenance weight for me, which I have never met, ever.) My goal this challenge is to finally reach maintenance and work on how to maintain it.

Still chipping away at my vacation gain. Goes on easy, goes off had. Ugh!

excited to see ONLY a 1-pound gain after a 7-day vacation of not tracking nutrition or daily exercise.
I’ve been near my goal weight for 6 months, so this was a reassuring experience.

So time to get back to measuring my high protein intake and 10K daily steps.
