This three month challenge is for anyone who wants motivation, support, friendship and tips. We are a nonjudgemental, supportive, friendly group. If 10 pounds weight loss is not for you, choose a different goal. All are welcome! Let's make these next three months our best yet! This is our nineteenth round, and new friends are always welcome and encouraged to join. Post daily or weekly, and let us know what's working for you and what's not. Let's get healthier together.

Hey everyone!
I’ve been looking for a forum to help me stay on track a bit more consistently — even though I’m heading off on vacation this Sunday for three weeks 😅
Right now, I’m combining intermittent fasting with triathlon training, so I definitely allow myself way more calories than MyFitnessPal recommends… But lately, I’ve really been overdoing it 🙈 So I’d love to get back into a more balanced routine.
If I manage to lose 2 kg (that’s about 4.4 lbs) over the next three months, that would already feel like a win. But honestly, my main goal is just not to let myself slide and to keep doing what makes me feel good. That’s really what matters most to me!

I’m in! I’m going to pick up where I left off last challenge. This will be my fourth time, but this accountability is working for me. My activity calories are still off, and calories and protein are still up. These small adjustments have helped move the scale, slowly, but I’m happy it’s moving. I was very close to maintenance last challenge, and then vacation hit and I caved to temptation too often. Ugh!

My name is Donna. I am 65 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US. I am 5’ 5” tall. My highest weight was 253. I would like to lose a total of about 100 pounds and have been working on it for too many years (since 2018). I weigh weekly but also on the 1st and last day of each month for a full month’s account.

So I am working that off now. It sure does come off much more slowly than it went on! This weight is something my body is much more comfortable with, but I am not so it’s GOT TO GO! I’ve been hanging around these numbers way too long. Good luck to all during this challenge. We’ve got lots of time to put a dent into it between now and October 31st when the challenge ends.
