It would be interesting to try this every 10 years. At 24 years old, and 34 years old at 44 years old and so on and so forth.0 -

Are you saying this in reference to the lower TDEE I will have?
Probably won't be able to get away with 3000 calories assuming I'm not exercising (bad assumption). Krispy Kreme donuts or not.0 -
Oh lord! No donuts! I wish there was something you could put on celery to make it taste like one though. I'd be a zillionare!0

Just how the body changes with age. At 24 my diet looked a whole lot different then it does now at 41.0 -

IMO the "need" to eat clean is very individual. I still eat a lot of the foods I ate when I was younger... just not as often. Don't really notice it much with body comp as I do performance in the gym.0 -

Yes.....there is def. something to be said about how the body responds differently to the same foods over the course of decades. I was fairly blase about how I ate at 24 too. But that is just me......or is it??0 -

LOL Wow! I am working out harder than I ever have and eating about 1800-2000 cal per day. (not all clean) and I am still losing weight! I always thought the less I eat the less I will weigh but nope it is a fine balance! No doughnuts though. That much sugar would kill me! Best of luck with this!0

And super ewwwww doughnuts and ground turkey! That's just wrong on soooo many levels!0
