Love the hair @HoldTheDoor13! You will see results very quickly as you are already at a low BF%.1

I don't have any pics...I hate taking them. But I do weights 4 times a week and I've seen a difference in size and strength. My joints don't ache anymore and research shows you loose more weight incorporating it to your workout. Best of luck.5

I haven't cared much about pics for myself, but now I'm going to do it because in two weeks of lifting, I have lost 1" off each arm and my neck, a little over 1" off my waist, and almost 2" off my belly. This blows my mind. I'm using machines, going 3xs a wk, and starting with very low weights since I'm coming off an injury. I'm literally there for 20 minutes tops. I'm truly surprised that what seems like not much effort to me can result in such big changes.

I went to the gym today, and talked to my old personal trainer.she got promoted a while back because she us that awesome. The problem is that in order to see her I would have to upgrade my membership, and I can't afford it since I lost my job to my health last year. She connected me with one of the staff who takes care of finances, who also turned out to be awesome. We're hoping to be able to find ways for me to get back in the game...keep your fingers crossed for me!12

Ladies, I want to know if the bat wings will firm up? The muscles are developing, I can see some definition, but will the bottom tighten up?

5'1" About 180 lbs in both pics, 3 years difference.
I was up to 215 at my heaviest between the two.
Looking forward to seeing what losing another 30 lbs will bring, plus some more years of more consistent training.
I'm doing a Powerlifting meet next month, most recent PRs are 295 squat, 165 bench, 345 deadlift.24 -
So inspiring, everyone! Thanks for the great inspiration.

Hi Doris, my arms look just like yours. I too see improvement, but have the bottom hanging part. I suspect that continuing to lower body fat is the ultimate answer in addition to lifting to build definition.

I have continued to drop my body fat, last check in was in the 21%range and my bat wings have flown away. Keep working and yours will too7 -

Holy Wow! Hard to believe those two pics are the same person! Your curves are stunning now4 -
The bottom transformation was overall, going from 175-->117 with cardio, weights, and a deficit. The top ones are 117-->117 with maintenance calories and a big focus on lifting.48 -

Man your recomp was phenomenal!! Really enhanced your shape! I was in a deficit lifting and made some great changes then changed my goals to a small bulk to try and grow a little more on the bottom. Your maintenance lifting certainly inspires me to consider stopping the mini bulk and seeing what can happen at my current weight with continuing my progressive lifting...
