Why does everything on here turn into a debate? It gets so old. The OP wants to cut out sugar....so what? She doesn't need a reason that anyone else approves of.

I totally agree with this. I've been in the 'sugar is evil' threads, arguing that it's not evil. But if OP wants to cut out processed foods with added sugar, why is that an issue for anyone?0 -
If you're craving sugar (processed), just eat a date or two, they're sweet and nutritious ... You can have your sweet w/o (perceived) guilt ...0
