    Running with high heels on works your calves really well and is better than running with sneakers. :glasses:

    And make sure you drink at least three glasses of water before going on your run so you don't get dehydrated.

    If your foot starts hurting really bad and you are limping, keep going! Even if you are doing a 20 mile training run! Better than not getting in all the good cardio!
