    I usually have a carb balance tortilla (13g fiber!) stuffed with 2 scrambled eggs, 2 tb. chihuahua cheese, 2-3 strips bacon/ham and some hot sauce! But today, I'm making a hash from leftover ribeye and potatoes ... to be served with eggs ... (and I'll wrap mine in a tortilla, my husband will eat with biscuit or toast) ...

    Greek yogurt and frozen grapes for Breakfast #2 ... :)

    (One breakfast is never enough for me)

    I boiled an apple sliced in tiny cubes. I added cinnamon and honey and oats. I added a tiny bit of milk. It would have been better with more honey but I stuck to my 1 tsp against my better judgement.
