Hazelnut coffee with sugar free french vanilla creamer, 55g of frosted miniwheats and 1/2 C skim milk. I am up wayyyyy early today...I usually get up around noon (evening worker), so I will have a second breakfast of 2 eggs scrambled with onion and green peppers topped with 1 tbs of ketchup at noon.

Can never have enough coffee! I drink a pot a day :P

I love coffee. Drinking my first one of the day right now.

Yup. It's a staple, and so basic I don't even register it as breakfast...

After my morning run I'll have a Nature Valley granola bar. So far I've had a can of Coke Cherry Zero and a cough drop :grumble:

I have coffee with Coconut creamer when I first get up (6am), then breakfast around 8am. Today was spaghetti and a meatball (leftovers from dinner last night!)

    3 cups of coffee
1.5 cups Wegmans Honey Toasted Oats cereal
    1 cup whole milk
    1 clementine
1 Kashi Peanutty Dark Chocolate Granola bar

    481 calories
    75g carbs
    15g fat
    17g protein

Typically, I have a banana in my cereal, but we were out of them today, so I had the granola bar that I usually have as a snack with breakfast rather than later in the day.

A bowl of porridge made with water, maybe 30g of chopped prunes, half a banana and 10-15mls of maple syrup dribbled over the top. And a mug of tea with milk. That's Monday-Friday breakfast, at the weekends I treat myself to tea and two slices of toast (the good bread!) with Marmite. I used to live on that - breakfast and dinner - and eating a proper meal at work (free) including cake for dessert. I miss bread... but used to not having it so often now.

2 large eggs, one piece whole wheat toast and coffee with half and half and sugar - 316 calories

(Most consder the half and half and sugar a no, no, but the way I see it, I own up to it each day. And I strongly believe I am better off having a little sugar than chemically produced artificial sweeteners.)

A Vanilla Stinger Waffle, a 12 oz Coke Zero, and I'm working on a Monster Rehab (Lemonade).

Yup, breakfast of champions. Gotta get that caffeine flowing. Damned blood getting in the way of my caffeine stream. ;)
