    Jog on the treadmills for 30 mins, then 12 rounds of 40 sec jump rope with 40 sec either plank variations, push ups, squats, or lunge.

    Yesterday's workout:

    Squats - 5x105, 5x120, 5x135
    Lunges - 5x10 @ 65 lbs (still too light, but I'm working my way up)
    Romanian Deadlifts - 5x10 @ 75 lbs
    Sidebends - 2x12 per side @ 25 lbs
    Decline Crunches - 3x10 @ 50 lbs

    My glutes are absolutely killing me today.

    I did a fasted 5k around a polo field. Bumped into an army training exercise, ran faster past their guns.

    Cardio - 20 minutes

    2x 30x 70lbs - Leg Extensions
    2x 30x 70lbs- Leg Curls

    Supersets
    3x25x12.5lbs - Dumbbell Lunges
    3x25x50lbs - Standing Leg Curl

    Leg Press
    2x270x25lbs
    1x25x360lbs

    Finished with another 20 minute cardio.

    Tonight is chest and Back workout.

    I started my morning with a workout at 5am lol...

    15 - 20 minute Warm up
    1 lap around our gym
    Rowing machine
    Skipping
    Jumping jacks

    10x
    Sprints
    Ladders drills
    Push ups

    10x
    Deadlifts
    Wall bounces
    Step ups

    Total workout was about 1hr and 5mins.
