    No, they cannot. Can some cheaters stop cheating because they realize there is much to lose in this life? Maybe, very few times though.

    I'm living proof they can change. I got caught once counting cards but, wasn't very good at it so I kept losing money. pit boss laughed at me and sent me on my way. Never did it again. :wink:

    I don't think you can lump every "cheater" into one category. Just like all people who have never actually cheated, aren't all good people. Everyone can change if they want to.

    I don't think cheating is like other deviant sexual behaviors such as pedophilia. This is not the best comparison. I am only using it because pedophiles cannot be rehabilitated. Cheaters, I believe, in some cases can change and remain monogamous if they truly want to.
