    Thanks so much callie365 and mamaturner! I really did enjoy my day off yesterday. I slept in, which was much needed, and relaxed a lot during the day. Then yesterday afternoon I got in a good calorie burn before my brother-in-law and his wife showed up to spend the night since they were in town. Since they stayed the night I was unable to wake up this morning and workout like I usually do, but oh well, when I get home from work I will get a good calorie burn in.

    Hey, got back from Vegas late last night...

    Today is going to be a relaxing day...got a bad cold while I was out there...figures...still had a great time tho

    Working tomorrow, will be back on track with exercise on Monday

    It's almost the end of the month....

    Yes, Vegas was fun...but, now it's time to get back to reality...no more flashing lights, lack of curfew and responsibilities...but, I'll have fond memories of it all
