If I email you from my work email and you respond, asking me which work email I want to use, you may be stupid. I changed my last name, not my email.

Night #1 is 3/4 of the way over. I'm ready to go to bed.

On another note, I was finally able to see my work evaluation, almost a week after they were done. I even managed to snag a 5 B)

Everyone called in tonight! All by myself self which means I'll be extra busy but it makes the night go by faster.

ALL NIGHT RUNNING! It never stopped. I got like a million calls for service and mid-year evaluation discussions are happening next week, my car crapped out on me(it's fixed now but there's an underlying issue that needs looked at), I went on a couple dates with a guy named Ben(SSP and I are not exclusive, mostly to hide the outside of work relationship now that we FINALLY have a policy against it), and Ben turned out to be a Neo Nazi on the second date... I'm tired, I feel like I haven't had enough time to myself or for myself, I'm pissed about the whole tax thing with the ex-husband, my sister finally ordered the dresses for the bridesmaids/maid of honor and it's a GOD DAMN STRAPLESS DRESS, I can't get my finances where I want them, and I had to deload on my Overhead Press because of the stupid injury I did to MYSELF on my arm/shoulder.

But I'm still good guys. How are you?

Damn. I agree, take a little time for yourself. I know how hard it is sometimes to carve out even 5 seconds but try to wooosaahhh (rubbing your ears is totally up to you :D )

I can't stand a strapless dress. Big boobs and strapless DO NOT MIX!! Could you take it to an alterations shop and have them put straps on it? Or does it have to stay the way it is?

I can't stand wearing a strapless dress either. I refuse. I completely understand the self induced injury. I'm nursing an elbow tendon right now because I increased weight too fast. Now I'm back to 1/4 of what I was doing and trying to build back up. Take it slow coming back on the overhead press.

I made some time for reading and playing the Sims 3 yesterday(Saturday) morning after my gym partner Leanna asked if we could postpone until today(Sunday) afternoon.

I've deloaded on OHP by only 5 pounds(made a HUGE difference though) so I don't know what I'm really complaining about. At least I can still DO them with SOME weight on the bar. I just need to NOT compare myself to my gym partner or other people in general. I will progress when I progress, I just gotta keep at it.

We're incorporating a 3rd person into our sets, which I'm super excited about. She apparently was intimidated by all of the men that were over in the free weights area(Leanna and I are 2/5 females that frequent free weights) and finally came over to talk to us and now we're all gonna work out together.

After consulting my sister, the dress absolutely HAS to stay the way it is. I guess I'll be looking for a REALLY good strapless bra. That's going to be $70-100 I didn't want to have to spend...and to top it off, I'm shrinking out of my other bras already AND my pants. I've lost another half a pound and I've hit a new adult all time low at 164.2 pounds.

This is what I love about OHP. You literally have to fight for every pound on the lift so when you decrease the weight even a little bit, you feel great! Whats your OHP at now?

Based on this comment alone, I want you to go away.

@bethanie0825 and @sufferlandrian thank you for understanding my struggle. :flowerforyou:

I didn't choose to have large breasts and spend over half my life being overly sexualized. It hasn't been very fun for me.

I'm lucky in that they are fairly proportionate to my frame and I have great core and back strength. So with a correctly fitting bra, I don't feel like I'm dying while carrying mammary glands the size of your freaking head around all god damn day.

don't they make those sticky bra things for strapless dresses? I think my wife wears them whenever she wears a dress like that. personally, they remind me of those jelly-like sticky hands that I got when I was a kid from those 25 cent machines

I think those are great for smaller busted women, but when you get into the bigger sizes, it's a little bit like trying to hold a cantaloupe in a Kleenex.

Thank goodness there is the internet and amazing bra fitters that care more about your comfort than selling something to you right then and there.
Shout out to my girls Rosa @ Dillard's in Odessa, TX , Nicole at Dillard's in Barton Creek Mall in Austin, and finally to Aindrea @ Petticoat Fair in Austin, for helping me realize that women are often in the wrong bra size due to a reluctance to admit they have more breast tissue than they think they do, and for telling me that stupid numbers and letters do not rule my life.

"Ok, at this point if you've taken your measurements, you're probably freaking out. Something along the lines of "there is no way in HELL I'm an [x] cup! I've been a 36A my whole life! D+ cup boobs are only on porn stars! There's no way!" Believe it. Embrace it. The DD-is-freakishly-huge concept is a myth. Once upon a time I was wearing a 34C/D (depending on the bra). Today I'm in a 30FF/G (again, depending on the bra).

And you guys have seen me. I don't have freakishly huge boobs. They look pretty darn normal. When you start wearing the correct band size (which is generally 4", or two sizes, smaller than the one you were wearing), you tend to go up at least two cup sizes. Combine that with the fact that most people aren't actually getting all of their breast tissue into the bra cups puts you usually gaining another cup or two on top of that."

    http://life-but-better.blogspot.com/2013/04/your-bra-doesnt-fit.html

Side note: My lifting is paying off and shrinkage is FINALLY happening where I want it to!
If my measurements are accurate, I should be down from a 32GG and in a 32FF!

ETA: WALMART BRAS, I'M ON MY WAY!

I'm dying! I have a cat the owner treated with the dog's tick medication. Cats and Pyrethrans, Permethrans, etc don't mix. I've been treating this cat for tremors all night. At least this morning she is up and looking for attention. Still can't eat though.

I need to get measured again but I'm trying to hold off till warmer weather and a few more bucks in the bank account. You can't beat finding a good bra fitter.

And yay for lifting! I love lifting <3
