*lots of helpful forum advice that includes actually being disciplined and working hard + a few snarky comments*

1. Being a moderator
2. Suggesting your friends are special snowflakes and can eat whatever they want and not gain weight, because you know exactly how many calories they are eating because you hang out.
3. Blaming a mod for getting a strike because you acted like a fool
I was a mod on another board thankless task (We had a Politics and religion sub-forum we eventually deleted because it was insane how people acted - it was a photography forum )
So I for one will thank you for taking the abuse0 -
Post a you tube video of you squatting in a bath robe

the people who say- "a pound of muscle weighs more than a pound of fat"

Two words... "Dr. Oz"0

Two words... "Dr. Oz"
This makes me sooooo happy from a personal stand point. Dr. Oz is an alumnus of my high school and everyone hates him there but it seems everyone else in America follows his words like a religion! Also, weight loss isn't his specialty so I don't know why he thinks he is an expert.0 -
asking for help with fasting for some lame made-up competition0

A complaint thread, whining that you can't eat your 1200 calories because you're too full.......your ticker shows that you weigh 700 pounds, hmmmmmm?0

Here's one..."join me on my journey."
That or "Need help with logging." That one always cracks me up.0 -

I forced myself to watch his program on two occasions and he is the biggest *kitten* I've ever seen... I don't think there is anyone else on television I despise more.0 -

Attempting to "discreetly" spam/make a sales pitch.
^^^ this, and if you do it privately, e.g. on a group or by PM, then expect all hell to break loose on you or post/PM with gifs and all the things everyone would like to say to spammers on the forum but don't because of the rules and mods and stuff...0 -

He used to come into my high school for alumni events and demand to look at the science textbooks and pick what we studied. He also sent us copies of all his shows so we could watch them in classes.
His dad though...lovely man.0
