IMO, the quickest way to lose all credibility on MFP is to assume that only your posts are correct and everyone else is stupid. I live with someone like that and it is not fun. I believe the fastest way to lose credibility on MFP is to snark off at someone who is trying to learn. There have been 7 pages of posts on people trying to make themselves feel superior. I hope it was fun.

here are 5 off the top of my head...

    - use the word "detox" non-ironically
    - start an "OMG everyone here is so mean and rude" thread
    - post a cauliflower-replacement recipe non-ironically
    - cite The China Study as scientific proof
    - claim that Ben & Jerry's is better ice cream than Blue Bell.

I can't agree with any of these except for the last one. Blue Bell's the reason why ice cream exists!

    Country Smile

    Blue Bell homemade ice cream

Is the ice cream on the cake

It's the tip of the top

    The cream of the crop

Like having your own ice cream shop

    Blue Bell homemade ice cream

    Is homemade country style

    And Blue Bell

Is better by a country smile

What a STUPID post! KIDDING!!!! I agree with you. People are here for help and maybe some fun, not ridicule, scorn or derision.

    - GMO foods make you fat - because I got overweight from a seedless orange

    - Members who post 5 threads on the same subject with different titles in hopes that you validate their expectations. Like we will advocate for you to lose 4 lbs a week when you are 20 lbs overweight.

I agree with you as well, cat.

A little late to the party, but totally agree with the above :)

I don't know that I have any credibility, but all of these mass produced ice creams make me sad.
