    Hi, it's been a fabulous day here better than most days we had all summer!!! have managed a 5.5 mile walk up hill with the most fantastic views from the top, you could see for miles and miles it was that clear :happy:

    Got in 3 miles today...yay! I like the idea of continuing this to next month too, or doing a November challenge...however we want to do it. lol I think its a good challenge because it works for a big range of people, some just starting, and some die-hards who double my monthly goal in a week haha.

    not a walk morning for me - i did strength training - about an hour of weight lifting, sit ups, etc.

    Got up this morning for 2.5. I'm super happy with that since I only had 30 minutes to do it. I'm less than happy with the little old couple that jogged right on by my slow self, but that's ok. I'm not trying to win, just to finish. :)

    Got 5 more miles in! I think I lost a couple miles there because I didn't check in every day. But I'm okay with under estimating. It'll force me to push it to hit my goal!

    I agree with continuing this through November. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get in all 100--but I rented one of those 'walk away the pounds' DVDs from the library so I'll get an extra 5 miles per day in on top of my outdoor activities so I should make it!
