I'm up to 90 miles now - haven't walked as much as I would have liked to in the last week but I shall be stepping it up again this week xxx0

Did 4 miles today. Got Subway, and then walked to the park about a mile away w/ the family to picnic with our food, and then walked back. Then when we got home, took the dogs for a 2 mile walk.0

You all are doing great. Picked up a little over two miles this morning (only counting 2 though because I'm not sure how far over). It's so hard to get out of bed in the dark and go outside and run. I did it though, only two more weekdays, 5K on Saturday and I'm going to do a short run (or no run at all) on Sunday rather than my normal long one because I've been SO active this week. Literally, no rest. I dont want to overdo it to the point I get hurt and can't even show for the 10K.0

I'd love to join in! My friend has lost 40 lbs lately from walking 5 miles a day. I'd like to add up 100 miles walked by the end of October!! This should motivate me to really get outside and enjoy the weather like I should be. Fall is my favourite time of year, and I want to enjoy it, since it also seems to be the shortest season.

Hi everyone, Today has been my day off and I have walked at least 6 miles so very happy with that, on the down side I have just been out for dinner and eaten far too much...... and half of it was not very healthy Ooohps!0

Days off always get me! Hopefully your 6 mile walk helps cancel out all the food. You are doing great though, you better not let a dinner get in the way of that:flowerforyou:

everyone is doing awesome. I pushed myself to walk 4.4 miles today. Thanks to everyone who post big walking miles every day. its very encouraging.
On October 15, I am going to change my goal to double where I am at the half way point, so if I'm at 50 on october 15, I'm going to challenge myself to do another 50 by the end of the month. I feel I am getting too far ahead and that I set my initial goal too low. but I don't usually put in this many miles, this challenge has lit a fire under me to want to do more.0 -

I got in 8 1/2 miles today! I'm so happy! I was being all mopy this morning & afternoon because I gained weight even when trying hard to watch what I eat and all this walking...that I just became a PIG...and ate like 2500 calories...but I was able to burn enough to get back into the green! YAY!0

Crossed 2.6 miles today, and they're starting to add up. :happy: The thing I love most about going for walks is passing the same people in the park as we do our respective rounds.0

Missed my two yesterday. Too much life in the way. Going to try to grab them today and go easy tomorrow so I don't have an epic fail at the 5K on Saturday.0

I've been feeling WAY under the weather so additional workouts have been out. I'm still walking to work (but getting rides home since it's been raining!)
I got another 3 walking miles in yesterday + 10 previous = 13 miles so far! I have to "step it up" if I want to hit 75 this month!

Clocked another 3 walking miles + 13 previous = 16 miles so far!
I'm going to hit the gym tonight if I feel well enough (I've been battling a never ending head cold)! I'll be sure to log those miles if I get anymore.

Ok, everyone post your totals for the week (so far this month), I will add them all to my spreadsheet after work and post it probably tomorrow.
I have 4 miles logged for the last week, and I plan to get another 1-2 tonight. I feel like a slacker compaired to everyone who is rocking this challenge so far. Gotta step it up next week and catch up to all of you! hehe0 -
