    I've stopped walking outdoors, since I got lazy. I've got a few miles to add, but I can't remember how many.

    I was planning to pull my treadmill back out of my closet, since this weather is really weird, but first I have to clear out everything that's in front of it. And I keep going out during the day, so it seems like I never find the time to do it. :ohwell:

    Hello, Yet again 5 miles walked today but a rubbish binge eating day :sad: !!!

    6.5 miles yesturday, and 6 today..I also had a bad eating day..worked my butt off so I can have the calories to eat pizza and I did. Don't let it get you down..nobody is perfect. :)

    Oh geez you guys are kicking my butt. I did 3 miles today. I really think I might have blacked out or something, cause it felt like I hadn't walked in forever. lol

    Sooo... I did bad. The alarm went off at 4:30 and I rolled over and went back to sleep. I will get my 3 miles today if it kills me so I added it to my ticker. :)

    I've done that before, added the exercise first, so that way I knew I HAD to do it later lol.

    Rest day today..5K in the morning..gotta be there early. I'm doing an additional 3 miles (1.5 mile there to warmup, and back to cool off and walk off the food served after) :)
  • Got another 12 miles in over the last couple of days. Lots of running, walking and biking!

    I changed my goal to 50. I run a mile, then walk the second one for now. I just started running, so I can't do as much. My original goal was 100. Once I get used to my mile that I run, I'll be able to walk further afterwards. I'm glad this challenge is here. Will there be a November walk challenge too? If so, I'm signing up for that too!

    I vow to get in atleast 5 miles tomorrow...I have been slacking the last few days trying to nurse my knee before it got worse.

    so I bikred 5.43 miles today and did 2.77 miles on the elliptical. 8.2 miles total. off to a good start for this week!

    This is amazing! All together, we have almost 1000 miles in! And to the person who is interested, just go to tickerfactory.com and make a ticker for your walk under exercise and fitness and update it when you walk or run. Have fun! I'd love to do this for November as well!

    go to:
    http://tickerfactory.com/
    Choose Exercise & Fitness ticker
    enter the values you have as goal and for which month..
    create a password so that you can update it
    take that code (copy) that was created and get back to your MFP Under signature, and paste it.
    Every time you walk/run or whatever activity you designed your ticker for, just go back, enter your pasword and update your values.
    that will then update automatically under your MFP.
