Y'all are so inspiring!!
A little over 30 since the beginning of the year (so almost 5 months.) I got a fitbit zip to push me to get my 10K every day (that's currently my only exercise amist a 50-hour-a-week desk job). I log each and every single bite of something I take. Every bit.

29 kg (64 lbs) in one year and 8 months.
My weight loss was definetly slower than most people (I've done it with about 1700-1800 calories a day), but I have build a lifestyle that suits me and I can continue like this for all my life without feeling deprived or hungry.0 -
I usually put on a few pounds at the end of the year and into the beginning of the next year (~20lbs), takes me about 3 months to get back to my preferred weight. This seems a bit fast, but a good 5-10 pounds comes off in the first few days from water. I'm a sponge!0

I started my journey mid/late June of 2013 at 233 lbs, 10 months later I now weigh 161 lbs, so 72 lbs down so far! I would like to lose another 30-40 lbs.0

In three days it will be a year since I've lost 68lbs. I lost 28.8 of that since February 19th, when I really started focusing and got myself in the gym.0

Most everything I've ever read says to shoot for 1-2 pounds a week at the most for losing weight. I've lost more and I've lost less, so I would presume they mean on average.0

Hard work and dedication I lost 31.5 pounds. i lost my nephews weight in 6 WEEKS! JUST put this in mind. anything small adds up in to one big. and look thru a day as if it was yesterday. learn from it0

I started on 1/8/2014 and hit 40 lbs. lost a couple of weeks ago.0

I have lost 65-70 lbs, and it has taken me 10-11 months to do so. I have about this much more, and hope to have it done by my 2 year mark. We shall see! If I don't, no big deal, I will continue to work on it.0

Started Feb 8th 2012. Sept 2012 I was 1kg below goal weight. Now I'm almost 10kg below that & that is without even trying. 7 months total to lose it all... now 1.5 years keeping it off.0

only 5'2" so didn't have very much to lose. Goal is to lose 25-27lbs, lost 22lbs so far since Sept 2013.Need to lose 5 - 7 lbs more this year.0

Sine I have started my efforts to loose weight, `18 months ago, I have lost 50 lbs. Since I joined MFP about 100 days ago, 26 lbs.0

From highest to lowest took about 18 months and I lost 85lb. I'm back on the bandwagon after gaining 40 back and I'm down 11 in the last month, though I'm expecting it to slow down next month. Hoping to be back in the maintenance saddle (as it were) by September/October, but that's just an ambitious goal.0

I've lost 9 pounds so far and it's been about 2 months. My weight loss journey is very slow considering I don't have much to lose and I'm already a very active person in general.

Have lost 112bs, took me 28 months to lose the first 100 to hit my goal, then another 3 months to lose 12 more to be at my ultimate goal weight.0
