I baked goodies alot. And they never lasted. Banana bread/muffins with giant blobs of melted butter..atleast 3 at a time! Cookies would burn my mouth because I couldnt wait for them to cool down.

I still have major cravings for all things baked but since starting MFP I think twice before eating it. Also I try to make the lower fat lower sugar recipes...which are ok I suppose hahah.

Seriously want to make a pie now and DESTROY IT!!!!! HAHAHA

oh yes. Cookies, pastries, scones, pies, cakes, brownies, etc. Growing up, my mom always made stuff like that 2-3 nights a week for dessert and as an adult I kept up that habit. I thought it was normal. And I guess for some people, it can be. But my days of baking so frequently are long over!!

Every Monday for dinner: 12-15 fried Pork dumplings and a can of Coke. That's upwards of 1000 calories in one meal lol. I couldn't even fit them all in without feeling horribly full, but I ate every single one every time.
One Monday I had a 1200 calorie lunch earlier, and I used to eat that about once a week as well (1/4 chicken, chips, deep fried pineapple rings, and 600ml coke)

Fried pineapple rings? How have I never heard of such a thing?! Totally need to try them now...

I would easily put away a third or a half of a half gallon of ice cream, just eating out of the container in front of the TV. Then go on to snack on cookies, chocolate and whatever other sweets we had in the house. That had to be at least 1300+ cals, and that was just dessert!!

The majority of a 500g block of cheese... on lots and lots of bread. I could never leave food unfinished. Tubs of ice cream, chips etc. But mainly just massive portions of normal food. Plates upon plates of rice and curry. Comfort eating, all part of the cycle of distraction. Fascinating thread, by the way, thanks for starting it!

When I started having meals at set times, I started binging to about the same amount during those meals too. One thing that helped was to stoically log the calories in to MFP, seeing how much the casual mouthfuls were adding up to.

    A burger-dog

A grilled zweigel's hotdog, wrapped in 80/20 burger, wrapped in a slice of bacon and deep fried served on a hard roll with cheddar cheese and mayo. Not even gonna try and calculate that.

    ETA: ....and onion rings

Entire tubes of Pringles. I justified it by eating the Fat Free which are pretty much a chemical crap storm.
Meat Sticks - (Slim Jims, etc.) the kind you buy in convenience stores that are essentially sodium held together in stick form by mounds of fat and chicken butts. Yummm!

    Turkey Hill Iced Tea.

I still drink it, but now I know for a fact that it's really calorie dense.

I wouldn't say pre-MFP, because occasionally I will indulge now, but Nachos Bell Grande at Taco Bell. All the calories, all the sodium and all the glorious fake cheese. YUM.

Or a Doggoner from a local burger joint - a cheeseburger with a hot dog sliced and put on top of the burger. Oh so yummy and still something I just have to have every once in a while.

12" steak & cheese from Subway, extra cheese, extra mayo or 2 large beef & cheddar sandwiches from Arby's or full fat cheese, full fat mayo, and the list goes on...

French fries with ranch. It's one of my few true remaining temptations because they are so damn good, but god I would just eat plates of them in a single sitting.

Ugh I feel you on this one. It takes every ounce of will power I have to still not devour a plate of french fries....with ranch or brown gravy! mmmmm

    California Burrito

In case you were wondering what a california burrito is, it's a regular burrito with french fries, carne asada, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and guac... it is amazing. If I could find a place near me who could make this, I would be in trouble.

I would go through two bags of red licorice a week! And muffins, and coffee, sweet yummy muffins! Anything sweet and carby would be my downfall.

I have never been a fast food or take out person, so I thought my weakness was healthy, until I started with MFP and tracked it!

My local Chinese used to do a collection one-person set meal for under £5 and I had to walk past it every day to get home. I definitely ate there WAAAY to often!!

When I lived by myself, I would "treat" myself with one of those frozen party pizzas with a side of fries and ranch dressing. I miss that :( lol

when I was 19 I would stop by Baskin Robbins twice a day for a Banana Delight. The Marines still managed to keep the weight off of me

Sweet tea. I would make a gallon and drink it all day. 1500 calories in a gallon! Add that to the rest of the crap I was eating.

Whiskey with gingerale. I'd drink like 4 in a row. Usually with no food.

I have to remind myself now when I get too nitpicky with hitting my macros, the diary looks better than when I was doing that.

Cheese... a lot of cheese. With bread and crackers... a lot of bread and crackers.
    Mc Donald's large meal
    Croissants and donuts
Whole box of cookies (or a sleeve for the very big ones)
Those 'tarte d'Alsace' from Trader Joe's. I guess it's only like 700 calories for the whole thing... but it was a snack.
    Pizza
2 ice cream bars or cones. I rarely stopped at one
    Whole bags of chips

That's actually all I can think of right now. But I frequently had grocery runs to just buy junk and piggy out.

I feel like I could have written this.

I'd also add, frozen appetizers. My husband and I would make and eat the whole package, regardless of serving size.

Food from the Baja Fresh chain. I'ts advertised as all fresh ingredients with no transfats. I thought it was healthy until I looked it up in the MFP database. It's horrible for you. What an eye-opener.

I know this is bad, but I do still eat bad... However, I have gone from having 3 regular sized candy bars a day to 2 or less and only half a pint of ice cream at a time now :)

My answer might be a bit unfair because last year at this time I was in treatment for binge eating disorder but here goes nothing:

A large Buffalo Chicken Pizza with lots of Blue Cheese Dressing on the side. Eaten in one sitting in about a half hour.

Four of those HUGE 400 calorie a piece cupcakes from a trendy cupcake place. Eaten over the span of a couple of hours.

A dozen donuts in the span of a few minutes.

A couple of bags of Doritos at once. Maybe some dressing on the side. Gotta love that Blue Cheese Dressing (with extra blue cheese mixed in, of course!)

I super sized everything. And I specifically ate at restaurants that had free refills on soda.

I once ate half a pizza from Sbarro's and washed it down with soda.

I also ate my kids leftovers and my food in one sitting. Nowadays, I'll split a plate with the kids.

Still a weakness: big Chinese Family Meals. It's tough to estimate your servings when you're eating a meal with the family wear the dishes you order are communally shared. (sigh)

I used to order out from this delivery place regularly, Big Bite. Lots of sandwiches and pasta and pizza and Tex-Mex ... I don't think there's anything on the menu under 1000 calories, even the appetizers. I would usually go for a gyro and fries or philly cheese steak and fries, but as time wore on I'd still want to order out but would get the veggie sandwiches or wraps and fries ... >_>;; ... sometimes hot wings and a sandwich and fries ... usually down it all with some wine or a mixed drink. I haven't ordered from there in about a year, now.

A TON of ice cream. Also, about 5,000 calories every Sunday at Taco Bell.
