    I had coffee without milk, I noticed I am developing a waist for the first time ever (it dips in like 1cm on each side) and I wanted to stay up and overeat last night, so I made a list of things to do instead or first, and then I tried to go to sleep. Aside from getting up a few times to add to the list, I fell asleep straight away and didn't end up needing the list!!! then I woke up today and my weight has gone down. I'm a very happy lady.

    Oh, I like this idea! If I’m going to binge, or eat above plan, it’s usually during that last hour before bed. I’m going to try this!
