    I am in. I have to take today as a rest day though because I am super sore from this weekend, I worked far to hard (learning to jog, weight lifting and spin all in one weekend!!) So today is a rest day, but I should still be able to fit everything in!

    Monday - 30 minute walk...........................................................330 left
    Tuesday - 60 minutes jogging/weight training.......................270 left
    Wednesday - 60 minute lap dance class!...............................210 left
    Thursday - 120 minutes curling................................................90 left
    Friday - Rest - company Christmas Party...............................90 left
    Saturday - 60 minutes elliptical.................................................30 left
    Sunday - 30 minutes cardio/15 minutes weight training.....00 left!!
    If all goes according to plan, I should be over by 15 minutes!

    monday: nada so far, but its been a crazy day that might need some exercise to counteract the reeses minis i ate earlier :)

    Joining in I got to keep up with my exercise. I NEED this motivation :) too!!

    Going for 360 a week.
    Getting a 60 min walk in today at 5:30

    I will start with the elliptical tonight. It was nice to get it done last night, felt good!!

    I'm in!! . . . I'll do the calories burned a week! Though I do have to rely on MFP for an estimate on those calories burned, as I do not have a HRM.

    Let's do it!!!!

    I'm in too! 360 is a great goal.

    Monday - did a jog/walk for a total of 50 mins. Have done another 10 mins (easily) of laundry folding, dishwasher emptying, floor sweeping. :) 60 mins done! 300 to go. :smile:

    Monday: 11/29/10 76 minutes. Zumba & walking on treadmill. 481 Calories. I wanted to track by calories, but I don't get my HRM until the middle of this week, so maybe this week I will log minutes and see how many calories I get logged based on this sites database.

  • I'm in. 360 a week :) I wish I had a heart rate monitor so I could do that one, but I guess time will have to do!

    I can start yesterday (Monday for me).

    Did: 60 minutes strength training (Les Mills Body Pump).

    Total to go: 300 minutes.
  • Another 60 minutes down tonight.

    So far 120 minutes.

    Starting a little late, but I'm in! Need desperately to start movin! Thanks for the challenge!

    Monday: Did stairs at work, skipped the elevator: 10 min, did homework when I got home; movement -0- :angry: total: 10 min
    Tuesday: not sure yet, but will do something! :happy:

    Definitely in. Starting today. I need to get the calorie burn up, so I think I'll track using my HRM.

    I know it is Tuesday, but I am IN!!! Yesterday was a rest day for me, anyway, as a severe head cold has struck and a sore muscle in my knee is keeping me from doing much. But, I already do a lot of exercising every week, this will keep me motivated and thinking about hitting it hard each day. Sunday's are my "last chance workout," before I weigh in on Monday's so I usually go pretty long in time and hard with calories burnt on those days.

    My goal today, 11/30 = 60 min of fast walking/running and 20 min of roller skating

    I totally understand if you guys have disowned me... I have been missing for quite some time, but I have still committed to making sure I get my 360 minutes of moving in. I'm gonna just pick up from this week cuz I honestly don't want to go back thru my exercise journal to see what all I did the last two weeks I've been missing.

    This week:
    Monday- 45 min of Fire 45 EZ, 10 min of Ab 10 & 32 min of Push Circuit 1/610 calories
    Tuesday- 26 min of Burn It Off & 10 min of Stretch 10/380 calories

    Total:
    123 min/690 calories
