So I got in a 40 minute walk yesterday, 10 minutes longer than scheduled! Burn was only 290 calories though, we were walking pretty slowly! I have 320 minutes left and 3210 calories, although I doubt I will make that one!0

Does strength training count? Also this challenge makes me hate HIIT workouts because they're so short and don't burn a lot of calories in the short term so it's hard make 360 without adding in several long-*kitten* walks.0
