    I only made 45 minutes on the treadmill yesterday! I burned 419 calories though, which was pretty awesome!

    Monday - 40 minute walk - 320 minutes left
    Tuesday - 45 minute jog - 275 minutes left

    Tuesday, 11/30,= 55 minutes of Zumba, 429 cals burned

    Monday = rest day
    Tuesday = 65 min of 3.0 walk/ run and 23 min of roller skating = 88 minutes
    Wednesday = 120 min of 3.0 walk/run

    Total so far this week = 208

    Today (Day 3) I did 45 mins Zumba = 455 Calories + 15mins of Spin Bike = 150 Calories= 60 Mins & 605 Calories.

    Total: 150mins = 1565 Cals so far!!!

    Tuesday: 25 minutes of level 1 30 day shred and 30 minutes on the bike ... 280 to go
    Wednesday: 25 minutes of level 1 30 day shred and 30 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes of "step ups" ... 205 to go

    Even though I really didn't want to do anything today, I still did. I was actually still about sore. Once I got warmed up I was ready to hit it.

    Well, I didn't get back to the gym but I got in 13k steps for the day....that's a thousand better than yesterday :laugh:

    Tomorrow is Zumba, yeah :love:

    To each person movin' and groovin ... GREAT JOB!!! I'm certainly in good company. :) Doesn't it feel great to be active?

    Monday 60 mins (50 min walk/run and 10 mins house chores)
    Tuesday 70 mins run/walk. (I did more than 10 mins chores too, but since I don't need them to reach my goal today, I won't count em!) ;)
    130 total, 230 to go! :)

    It's Wednesday and I went on a 55 min walk, added another 5 mins of dancing in to round out the hour. 60 mins today total.
    190 so far. :)
