    So I got in a 40 minute walk yesterday, 10 minutes longer than scheduled! Burn was only 290 calories though, we were walking pretty slowly! I have 320 minutes left and 3210 calories, although I doubt I will make that one!

    Joining in I got to keep up with my exercise. I NEED this motivation :) too!!

    Going for 360 a week.
    Getting a 60 min walk in today at 5:30
    300 left!!

    Only was able to get 40 min in but its early in the week. going again today putting 60 min in. 240 left.

    I do not believe i'll hit my minute or calorie goal because I'm going to do the Chalean Extreme program this week and her workouts are short. I am committed to working out every day this week.

    Ok, I am in. I have just started trying the P90X, though I am not quite ready for it. Trying it anyway.

    Monday - Chest and Back + Abs.......................90 min...................about 200 Calories.............(270 min or 2300 cal)
    Tuesday - Plyometrics.......................................35 min...................about 230 Calories.............(235 min or 2070 cal)
    Walking - slow pace (in heals @work)........20 min...................about 40 Calories................(215 min or 2030 cal)

    Does strength training count? Also this challenge makes me hate HIIT workouts because they're so short and don't burn a lot of calories in the short term so it's hard make 360 without adding in several long-*kitten* walks.

    Monday 60 mins (50 min walk/run and 10 mins house chores)
    Tuesday 70 mins run/walk. (I did more than 10 mins chores too, but since I don't need them to reach my goal today, I won't count em!) ;)
