So close. Now that I have the elliptical assembled, I plan to actually hit the goal this next week. But after a flu shot and shopping all day, I'm wiped out.0 -

Thursday walked 40 minutes played follow the leader with kiddos 20 minutes + 60 minutes moved
Friday walked 20 minutes and 30 minutes of the 30 day shred = 50 minutes moved
Saturday 20 minutes cleaning, 30 minutes walking and 35 minutes of my own circuit workout = 85 moved
Sunday 20 minutes of my own workout and 40 minutes of walking = 60 minutes
Didn't make the goal this week, but still think I did good (only 75 away)considering I started it late...Will make it this coming week.....0 -

thanks for the shout out...i'll take all the encouragement and cheer leading i can get...saturday really helped me out with my walk and then group step and then group power...that was totally not planned...i planned maybe 120 mins that day but ended up with almost 180 mins worth...0 -

Tuesday- 26 min of Burn It Off & 10 min of Stretch 10/380 calories
Wednesday- 55 min of Fire 55 EZ & 20 min of HIIT 30/690 calories
You might notice that the last recorded workouts for me are from last week... and that's the honest truth! Since I found my magic workout button back in March, I have not missed more than one day at a time. Last Wednesday I was working out in my weight room and was doing the same thing I do every morning and every night, and hurt my back. I couldn't make it up my stairs from my basement, my husband had to help me. I laid in bed and couldn't even roll onto my sides or sit up on my own. Thursday I went and seen one of the docs I work for and he took some xrays and said that I herniated a disc and gave me a cortisone injection. I'm feeling better, but I honestly am depressed not being able to workout. I see him again Thursday to find out how things are going, but from how I'm feeling right now, I guarantee I'm not released to workout yet. So I probably won't be around this thread for a while...0 -
