I only made 45 minutes on the treadmill yesterday! I burned 419 calories though, which was pretty awesome!
Monday - 40 minute walk - 320 minutes left
Tuesday - 45 minute jog - 275 minutes left
Wednesday - 40 minute walk & 60 minute dance class - 175 minutes left
I burned a total of 628 calories yesterday which puts me at 1331 calories burned in total. I might come close to the 2500, but I will not be anywhere near the 3500!0 -

So I'm a tad bit late on this but I got in 30min of scrubbing the grout on my WHITE countertops while dancing. . . YES I AM A MULTITASKER! (and I seriously worked up a sweat doing it) then I did my floor excersices for 25min and that's it for today so far. Guess that would put me at 55 min. I've worked out all week also dance everyday with my youngest and jump with him on the trampoline for at least 10-15min a day too. Battled him for nap time today so we'll probably get a round in tonight after bath of jumping on the bed to music for 10 min or so too since it get's dark too early to jump on te trampoline:laugh: It really is fun (we did it all weekend, lol) So log me for .

YAY for me I finally made it to the gym today after over 2 weeks away from they gym!! There is nothing like a gym workout. I really need 2 hours to do what I would like to do but in the mornings my body takes a minute to warm up so I am always running in the mornings. So tomorrow will be easier to get back to gym for sure. I was just too busy last couple of weeks to go to gym.

OK, I didn't work out last night, but I did buy a new elliptical, carry the pieces into the house and assemble it for 2-3 hours. Surely that counts for something, right?0

I'm learning that 360 min really is an aggressive goal! Miss one day (and have one light day) and that leaves me with a lot to make up. Unfortunately I work a standard 8-5 during the week, and when you add in the time to make/eat dinner, commute, errands, etc - doing 30-60 minutes on a weekday is about all I can handle. I guess I'll just have to do two workouts Saturday (and maybe Sunday) to try and meet my goal.0 -
