    Is it too late to join you? If not I will start today :) I need something to get me motivated again. All the snow and cold weather we have been having has really put me into winter comfort mode... (stodgy food, lots of snuggling under blankets, not much moving)

    I will check back in later once I have done some exercise for today!

    If you include the warm up and cool down...the shred is 27 minutes...good job on getting started right away

    I only made 45 minutes on the treadmill yesterday! I burned 419 calories though, which was pretty awesome!

    Monday - 40 minute walk - 320 minutes left
    Tuesday - 45 minute jog - 275 minutes left
