I can run for 30 minutes straight.

I can walk for miles and miles and miles.

I can walk up the stairs to work every day.

I can say no to certain foods.

I can go without soda! Haven't had one since 1/11.

I can do real push ups.

I can fit into my old clothes.

I passed my Police agility test which I know I couldn't have done before:)

My knees had started to hurt when I'd go up a flight of stairs or walk too far. NOW I can walk much greater distances, climb more flights of stairs at one time AND the pain in my knees is gone! I've also noticed that I don't do that "roll and grab" when I get up off the floor after exercising. You know, roll over, grab the nearest sturdy object and pull yourself up. Now I can simply stand from a sitting position after my exercises! That was when I knew I was on my way to a better, healthier body!

I can reach and grab something from the floorboard of my car while I'm buckled up without having to hold my breath or feel like my innerds are going to rupture on the pressure of my seatbelt.

    yay me.

I can run for the first time... ever? I ran 1 mile without stopping, walked for 8 minutes, then ran another mile without stopping.
I did the plank for 1 minute straight three times during an interval training session.
i can wake up before work or kid-duty and get my workout going for the day.

I can now jog 2 miles without walking (5 months in)
I can get up at 5:30 in the morning to jog
I can actually measure my food beforehand and actually know what and how much I ate.
Soon, I will be able to actually buy clothes at a typical retailer, and not just the big and tall store.

I can wear clothes without Xs in the sizes.
I can walk away from a buffet with healthy choices.
I can NOT have that Dr Pepper I get offered at every stinkin' family gathering. ;)
I can walk as far as I want to and then turn around and walk back.
    I can do lunges.
I can look into a full length mirror in my skivies for more than 2 seconds and not get depressed.
(and here's a little TMI one LOL) I can be on top. :D

This one gave me a little cold chill. I know that feeling all too well and I'm so glad it's not there anymore either!

    I can do pushups!!!

Today I did these sets (with 90 seconds between sets)

25 30 20 15 then the last set of 40 I had to rest in between each 10 (rested in plank position).
