This is a great thread, here's mine:
-I can look at a photo of myself and think that I look OK. A big change from my Christmas holiday photos.
- I can fit into size 14 (US 10) pants, in fact they're getting a bit loose.
- I can run 6km before breakfast, for fun, and I AM going to run a 12k race in August.
- I can give away my fat clothes because I'm boy going to need them again.0 -

Love this and need to make this list. I can:
get up at 5:30am and curse at Jillian
walk/run 5 miles in 72 minutes
be confident
do Zumba
go gluten free
stay away from processed foods
stay away from diet soda
know that I am worth it
feel better than I have in so many years
be happier
not worry about what people think about what I eat
do more in a day than I used to do in a weekend
continue to lose weight0 -
- sit on the floor and bend my knees up, and wrap my arms around my knees

- shop in the ladies section...not the plus size section
- cross my legs
- tuck my shirt in
- wear clothes without leaving marks on my skin
- run 5 miles

What a great thread! I've just started, but here are a couple small victories:

I can do a Zumba class
I can bend a little bit farther during yoga
I can see my "second chin" starting to get smaller0 -
On the weekend I ran 10km at a race event, in 54 mins.
I never thought I'd ever be able to do that.
And I'm so proud of myself!!0 -
I can run for 30 minutes straight.
I can walk for miles and miles and miles.
I can walk up the stairs to work every day.
I can say no to certain foods.
I can go without soda! Haven't had one since 1/11.
I can do real push ups.
I can fit into my old clothes.
I passed my Police agility test which I know I couldn't have done before:)0 -
My knees had started to hurt when I'd go up a flight of stairs or walk too far. NOW I can walk much greater distances, climb more flights of stairs at one time AND the pain in my knees is gone! I've also noticed that I don't do that "roll and grab" when I get up off the floor after exercising. You know, roll over, grab the nearest sturdy object and pull yourself up. Now I can simply stand from a sitting position after my exercises! That was when I knew I was on my way to a better, healthier body!0
-
I can run a 5k (slowly, lol!)
I feel guilty if I don't run 3 x a week (that is a first)
I look better than I did 5 years ago0 -
Thanks for sharing everyone! All great accomplishments! I'd comment on them individualally but I can put down my phone, get up and workout at 5am, ok 5:15 am really, I can, and here I go......0
-
I can reach and grab something from the floorboard of my car while I'm buckled up without having to hold my breath or feel like my innerds are going to rupture on the pressure of my seatbelt.
