    Agree! I currently have 2 tattoos, one on my abdomen and one on my side, with plans for 1 (possibly 2 depending on what I settle with the artist) on my upper back. I think ink can be beautiful and/or tell a person's story. Keeping mine under wraps is part of my story, I only let a few people see them because I'm just that private. I had a barbell in my navel, but took it out many years ago when I got pregnant.

    I recently got a tattoo on my neck with my kids initials. When my hair is down at work I look respectable. When I have my hair up at the gym or on the weekend, you can see my tattoo and undercut. I love the fact that I can choose to hide it or not.

    I currently have 2

    - Shoulder armour with my military insignia on my left shoulder
    - Sigurg slaying the dragon as a half sleeve on my right upper arm

    I'm also working on designing an Yggdrasil tattoo to cover my back and extending my left shoulder tat to a half sleeve.

    I have 8 I think...this is my favorite. It's on my thigh. I spent most of my career working in a professional and conservative environment so all my tattoos up until recently are discreetly hidden. I broke my rule this winter and got a small tattoo on my forearm. My employer doesn't care and I'm at the point in my life that if they did, screw them...lol!
