Walking, I walk 5 miles per day. I've been doing that since the middle of February. I have no joint pain at all. I also have a BowFlex that I use for upper body exercises.

Sadly it's one that requires a workout partner I don't have at the moment.

Get your mind out of the gutter. I meant tennis!

Okay, I lied. I wasn't thinking of tennis at all.

Riding horses was my favorite when I was a kid. If we still had horses it would be now, too. Plus taking care of the giant, hungry and thirsty beasties is a workout in itself.

Swimming is best for my joints but I think when I'm not aching I like running the best.

I've recently discovered a love for belly dancing. Not the slow-mo stuff but the hard dance workout. I also jog in place, 30 day shred, squats challenge, dancing in general, walking my dog. Whatever strikes my fancy. I gotta have variety or I get bored very quickly.

Tennis, I play several times a week. I also enjoy running, but I'm not very good at it. I find it really motivating to reach new personal bests! I also enjoy some workout dvd's

I just began New Rules of Lifting for Life last week, and I'm loving it. This is some intense stuff!

I used to be mainly into HIIT cardio and strength training on the standard machines. Now I see the error of my ways! Hallelujah! :)

No, but seriously, learning and performing the complex motions in these workouts is a very rewarding challenge.

    Walking,
Lifting (I'm new to this, can't lift a lot yet, but I'm loving it),
Running (I started running two months ago),
a TRX band and kettlebell class - essentially circuit training I guess,

Am thinking of giving spinning a try soon as my gym has just bought new spinning bikes
