    Hurray! I love watching the scale go down, but more importantly love to do measurements and compare to where I was in May 2010 (39 pounds heavier). I did not do starting pictures, BUT I did do starting measurements, it is AMAZING....Just in my waist alone I lost 6 inches!! That means for me it was almost 3/4 of an inch for every 5 pounds lost!!! So now I will take the tape measure and pull it out the 6 inches that I lost, and seriously just look at it and think, WOW, that is crazy! I have a Omron Body Fat machine (which was a great $25 investment) and my body fat % decreased by 9.9%. I LOVE watching numbers go down and even better, I LOVE getting dressed in the morning and having size 8 jeans fit ME (never did I think I would easily fit into an 8).

    Off to the gym, it is a great day for me to go, since it is 8degrees outside, I will go work out and sweat and pretend I am somewhere warm and tropical - then of course come home and shovel the snow - hahahah.

    I think my LW was the same. I keep track on my labtop, but log on the PC, so it gets a little confusing sometimes. :happy: (Oh cool, checked the lovely chart, and saw I was 186.5 last week! Yay!)

    At least I'm moving again, and finally getting over my back pain!

    1.8 lbs this week, would have liked more, but happy I lost any since I sucked at getting much exercise done this week. Guess I better get my rear in gear if I'm going to get my last 3.2 lbs before the 31st.

    This was a rough rough week. My internet went out, and had car issues. I weighed in today and up 2.5 lbs from last week (CW 216.5-48.5 left to go for challenge) I have no excuses. I am committed this week to getting completely back on track starting today. I have started the South Beach Diet and will stick to it this time. Good luck this week everyone.     I did gain again, but I am hoping that it was because of the sodum intake and the muscle building!! I have been seeing 138 on the scale also so maybe it's just muscle and retaining water!

    This week was terrible for me. I was sick as a dog and the only thing I was eating was ice cream and other stuff that was bad for me but made my throat feel lots better. Anyways with that said. I gained 0.6 lbs. I swear I feel smaller but I guess the scales don't lie. lol!

    Starting weight-180
    first week-177
    second week-175
    third week-175.6 :(

    I will get back on track this week. Got some antibiotics flowing through me now. :)

    Actually, I had regained 4 pounds during the three day weekend because of series of events, including a birthday party, and I lost it all during the week. Now, I will bring my own food whenever we are eating at a restaurant. I want to always put the effort into battling new pounds lost, not those I regained.

    Ok I weighed on Wednesday and was down to 195.....now I am feeling the girlyness monthy stuff and ya know what comes with that.....grrrrrr. I keep trying to stay in my calories and here in a couple days it will be better, it had better be!!!

    My weight today is 356

    Well it has been a tough week for me. I have exercised but my eating was not good. With that said I gained 2 pounds this week,, weighing in at 356. No excuses, so I will just get that 2 pounds back off this week. I am still shooting for 349 by January 31st.

    Congrats to all of you who lost weight this week!!:drinker: Good job to maintainers! I wished I had maintained.:grumble: Success is never giving up, so if you gained, keep on trying this week. You can do it!! We can do it!
