Unfortunately, the cold going around the family has finally caught up with me. :frown: So I didn't go to the gym, for fear of cardio making me cough uncontrollably. I hope to get back there next week. In the meantime, I'll do some light exercise at home.

Ok everyone, I'm trying to stay calm.... I stayed the same this week. Ouch!! But I totally deserve it. I ate out 3 times, I was madly busy and barely got to the gym ... oh and I didn't track all my calories on about 3 days. But at least I know where I went wrong! I hope you all had a better week than me. Already seeing some great losses on here. Lots of love x

At least it went down!!!! Only 1.2 pounds but thats better than the other way!!! I was planning on getting to my goal but that isn't going to happen this month anyways!! Its ok I am happy to know I am back to 130's and heading for the 120's!!! I don't care if it takes me a year to lose 10 pounds!!! I am going to do it!!!! Congrats to everyone else who lost!!!!0 -
I weighed in at 353 today, making me lose 3 pounds last week. I re-lost the 2 pounds gained and an additional pound to make my total weight loss this month 11 pounds. I just want to maintain this loss for the last weigh in because I have a busy weekend with eating out. I will make good selections but I don't think I will be able to squeeze in any exercise. We will see. I want to get in 40 more min to reach my 360 min a week goal.

So it doesn't look like I am going to make the full 10 pounds, I would need to loose 3.7 pounds in the next 2 days. I may loose a little more, but unlikely that much. With that said... Loss: 4 lbs (I always try for 10, and usually end up with 5...)
I haven't been working out so much (see last couple posts), but yesterday I was super on track, and I am so happy with that number! Had a different group weigh in yesterday that was significantly higher than this 184.5, so I am very pleased. Hope I feel good enough to get back to gym next week.

Apparently being sick hasn't been a completely negative thing. I haven't been able to work out in over a week, but my appetite has been pretty non-existent. Don't worry, I'm eating every meal and every day but have been a bit under in calories.0 -
