At least you maintained thats still great.

I find eating meals like that the hardest. You have no idea of the calorie or salt levels.

Hope you get a big number next week.

    Aloha Everyone,
So my wedding weekend went pretty well. Moderation was the key and we walked a lot checking out the grounds and going back and forth.
I think I did pretty good. I had a few small spoonfuls of Ice Cream the first night but passed on the buffet desserts and sundae bar at the wedding.
Unfortunately and fortunately the scale did not move this week.
    Here are my stats:
    1/12/11 Starting weight: 143.8
    1/24/11 Current weight: 143.8

Mahalo again for everyone's words of encouragement and wisdom. They really helped me this weekend.

Glad to hear you had a good time. That weight loss will happen, just never on the time line we all want.

At least you maintained. It's better than gaining, right? Great job!! I doubt I would've had the self-control to avoid all those desserts!! :) Kudos to you!! Now, you can get back on track, and hopefully the scale will start moving for you again!!

Its spin class tonight and I should have walked my 5k today too.

I really love the exercise part so much more than the dieting.

    Fabulous!!!

I'm so ready to exercise again. I am doing TF Fire 30 tonight, and I've never done that one before. I am not going to lose the weight I wanted to by my birthday (Friday), but I am losing still.

Its weigh in day today and I lost 3.4lbs!!!!!

I am stunned. I know I have worked hard but still thats a huge loss when I only have a few pounds left to lose. I was hoping for 1lb this week. My pedometer said I have walked 22.6miles in the past 7 days.

This weeks aim is to avoid gaining because I cant expect to lose anything after that.

    How did everyone else do?

    Starting Weight (12/23): 154
    Today's Weight (1/31): 152
    Difference: -2 lbs
Goal Weight: 143 ( then set a new goal )

Going to try something different this week. I lost 3 lbs in the beginning of the month and have been spending the rest of January loosing it AGAIN. I like to be at my first Goal Weight by April..9lbs in 8weeks. My body doesn't even like 1 lb a week, so time to get serious.
