No group should be "protected" and that goes for race, weight, gender, ANYTHING. "Protected" classes = reverse discrimination. There's nothing more "wrong" than being a normal, straight, white male in this country. It's sad. Are the bumper stickers stupid? Yeah. But it shouldn't be illegal to speak your mind and apparently he doesn't like fat girls.

Yes, that is exactly what it means. I am also a straight white woman. It doesn't make me bad, but it does make me privileged. I acknowledge that my way in life has been easier than a black woman's by the fact that my skin is white. I didn't form an opinion of her, she gave me her opinion. So I was driving through a somewhat rural area in Texas and saw these hanging on the back of a truck. From the angle the "nuts" looked much more like some kind of shackles when I first saw them. I spent several minutes absolutely horrified until the truck turned and I could see that these were in fact an attempt at a really bad pun. I'm just *really* hoping that's all anyone with this on their truck is going for, a bad pun, but they still creep me the hell out.

Why were all my classmates white, in a city that's at least half black? Why does my husband make considerably more than me, when we work in the same field, he has a bachelors degree, and I have a masters, and haven't taken any time off to have babies or anything else? OMG. My previous roommate, (just moved out today thank god) used to constantly bash on fat girls whenever we went somewhere. We'd be out grocery shopping or working in the yard and a heavier girl would want by and he would be saying things like " I can hear the ground crying from here" I got so ****ing pissed at him I slapped him and left him stranded 15 miles from home at 11 pm.
