    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? spent time with my daughter - she stayed home from school - I didn't get a workout in.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Thursday is the day I don't have planned exercise so my husband and I stopped at a mall to get a walk in - it is really cold here now.
    What would I have done differently? Not had mid morning treat
    What is today's personal goals? I just went on my run intervals so stay within calorie goal
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) Happy hour dinner
    Mood today? I solve one problem (fitting in exercise to work schedule) and it just emphasizes the next one to solve. Lunches - I have been forced to eat during my commute between my new jobs - not good. :\

    Mon- Cleaning, groceries and laundry - too tired to squeeze in an exercise

    Mood today? I came to a realization that if I can find a way to lose with my crazy schedule etc I will have achieved alot more than I did when I lost my original 40 pounds

    What is today's personal goals? it started as getting my 10K steps in...
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? i tried for my 30K steps.
    Mood today? was aggravated this morning but the day turned good...

    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) Pupusas and the place is close by. Why did we never try it. Yum.
    Mood today? A different day starting with breakfast with my sister-in-law and brother-in-law, a nap, walk and dinner out with my daughter

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? no exercise, rest day~
    What would I have done differently? nothing.
    What is today's personal goals? today's personal goal was to change some foods with high sodium counts for something equivalent that had lower sodium counts...
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? yes, i bought some Emerald Breakfast on the go yogurt bites and vanilla latte coffee house blends. both were good but i think the coffee house blend will be my favorite.
    Mood today? was very good...

    Skipped Yoga class today we have to dig out the driveway from snow.

    What would I have done differently? No cocktails or picking fries off a friends plate
    What is today's personal goals? Short kettlebell session and only home cooked food. Lots of spices!

    Mood today? Energetic but anxious and procrastinating

    Mjohnson - Yes it is similar to venison but a little milder. I marinated it in lemon and garlic and it gave it nice taste and it was tender.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Not sure didn't track dinner. I was so tired
    after exercising, snow removal and decorating the house we went out for dinner.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Helped my hubby with snow removal. Also made 10,152 steps for the day.
    What is today's personal goal? Stay on track with food, and rest my tired body.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc. )? Peameal bacon sandwich on Ciabatta bread
    Mood today? :| Tired today and no exercise.
