    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? almost
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Kept my calories low at Cheesecake Factory!
    What would I have done differently? If my work ends early and I need to wait to pick up my husband I wait at a cafe, not good
    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calorie goal, water, already went for my interval run.
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)
    Mood today? I am proud that despite my Mom being in the hospital I have been getting my exercise in.

    What would I have done differently? few more steps and more water
    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calorie goal, water, already did Aquafit

    Mood today? Encouraged, My weight is back down so hope to make a net loss soon.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Was my rest day but still got a walk in
    What would I have done differently? Got a little more sleep
    What is today's personal goals? More Water, add to my walk, Try a new food
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? Lipton tea & Honey to go packs only 5 calories and yummy.. helps me get my water in..
    Mood today? Motivated..

    Kristen - Portion control is key as is exercise. If you can do both after the holidays you should be well on your way to weight loss. I know about consistency, I am great during the week but weekends are my down fall. If I could keep it going and make myself accountable on weekends I would have it made. But, we are human after all.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No I was bad for tracking on the weekend.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No exercise it was my rest day.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Nothing comes to mind
    What would I have done differently? Of course tracked my weekends
    What is today's personal goal? Yoga Practice and 10 min meditation- Done
    Focus on tracking and drink my water.
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? No
    Mood today? :( Tired and have lots to do today.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to my Yoga Class but had a sore
    back that night. Too many twisting positions. Chiropractor tomorrow.
    What would I have done differently? Not gone over in my calories
    What is today's personal goal? No exercise, taking it easy. Went shopping with a friend.
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? Yes, Lentil and sausage soup,
    chicken and bacon flatbread.
    Mood today? :( Still tired, tis the season.

    watching TV. Christmas can't come soon enough so I can get the goodies out of the house. :|

    Christmas and my company will be eating up there. :D

    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? i don't know how new it is but... i did take my water bottle filled with water to where i've eaten out the last two days and found i didn't crave a sugary drink...

    Mood today? :( We went to a Memorial Service for a friend of the family. He was only 60.
