    #82 checking in...I did my usual boot camp last night...
    This morning I went to the gym with a friend before work...walked 2.5 miles in 45 minutes.
    One of three sessions met for the challenge!!

    Challenge Week 1 Complete!!

    Day #1: Walking 33 minutes at 3.0 mph (Saturday 1-1-11)
    Day#2: Dancing 30 minutes (Sunday 1-2-11)
    Day #3: Treadmill, stationary bike & elliptical 45 Minutes (Monday 1-3-11)

    So proud of myself for getting the challenge finished already!! And on day #3 I did all 45 minutes by pushing myself. I also did the elliptical for 5 min and I have never done that before!!!

    Tomorrow starts my Biggest Loser 30 day jumpstart dvd!!!!

    I am about to hit the gym myself, cardio x in P90x tonight, plus my 45 min of cardio on treadmill to complete my 1st challenge!!!

    Thank you everyone for using your reference numbers, it makes it soo much easier to log your guys in the spread sheet. I never imagined this 90 day Challenge would be this BIG, but i am soo excited!! I hope each and everyone of you stick with it, and push yourselves as much as you can!!!! I am proud of all of you!!!!

    For the ones who have joined in the past few days, i wanted to just make sure you knew what the challenge was for this week.

    Challenge 1:

    Start Date: January 1, 2011
    End Date: January 7, 2011

    Get 45 Minutes of Cardio atleast 3 out of 7 days this week. If you are already in a workout plan, make sure this is an ADDITIONAL workout.

    Please use the reference number that was issued to you when logging weigh ins and challenge accomplishments!!!! I wish you all best of luck. Please make sure you encourage others, thats what we are all here for!!!!

    Hi i was a little confused. In on spot you said the challenge is s30 min extra 3x this week and in another spot you said it was 45 min extra 3x this week? Which one is it? thanks again!!!!!

    Oh ok! Does my walking count? I have walked 2 miles each day on top of my 15 min each day this week? The walking is way more than what i am use to walking. I have a pedometer and have been keeping track and while student teaching im walking 2 miles during the day from 8- 3 its not constant but its more than i am use to. Sorry about all the questions this is my first time. Thanks again for doing this.

    Debbie, yea that is fine. I know you are just getting started. On the challenges, they will be different each week, but there will be some type of cardio each week. Good luck!!

    I did 45 Min of cardio on Treadmill, and 45 Min of Cardio X on P90x. I worked out the hardest i have ever i think!!!

    My 1st weeks Challenge is COMPLETE!!!! Yay me!!!

    #15 - I've completed day 2 of the challenge with another hike with my puppy. It's really hard to do 45 minutes of exercise ON TOP of the P90X and running I was already doing. My entire body is sore!!!

    Nutritional goals this week:

    -NO FRENCH FRIES

    -NO MUSHROOM N SWISS BURGER/SNACK WRAP

    -Log all food every day.

    -Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday.

    -Stay between 1200 - 1500 calories everyday

    -BEVERAGE OF CHOICE: ONLY WATER AND GREEN TEA

    since starting work for the new year on monday i have been eating mushroom n swiss snack wrap reason being is that i have not ate anywhere between 1200 - 1500 calories a day yet...lol....been doing great on no eating small fries and have been getting @ least 64 oz water everyday

    have not done ANY of the exercise vids yet...so instead of marathoning it....ill just get in what i can...TODAY i will definitely do:
    jillian michaels cardio kick box
    george foreman walk n box
    and the other jillian michaels video...walk @ least 5000 steps as well
