No fast food all 4 weeks! My challenge for next month is to exercise at least five times a week. I'm going to try to continue with no fast food.0

monday, last day no fast food. for the month I think I had mcds 1time and subway a few times Not counting the time I took the boys to burger king cause I got aplles with no sauce. My weigh in is tomorrow so not sure if I met my goal. Will post in the morning0

Ulitmate goal weight: 155 would make me very happy, but it's the top of my healthy range, so I'll get there and see

Didn't make my initial goal, but I'm moving in the right direction...fast food total for the month= 1 wendy's blizzard thing and a different trip with 1 jr. hamburger and a plain baked potato. Exercised all but 2 of the last 30 days, I'm happy with this, even if I wish it were faster. WHat's in store for February?0 -
feb 1st meight 219 so down 6lbs, met my goal. lost more cause i had gained 7lbs in dec. so really lost 12.0
