    My goals for this week are to get back into the routine of drinking my water, exercising regularly and logging every thing that passes my lips!

    continuing insanity 45 min a day for 6 days a week. working in those 8 glasses of water a day.
    can definetly go without candy or other sweets.

    I would like to join as well. I will do an official weigh in tomorrow morning as I just saw this thread this afternoon. I want my goals this week to be to drink my 8 glasses of water a day and workout at least 4x a week, although more would be preferrable. :)

    my goals for this week:

    -eat more fiber & protein and less carbs
    -work out 5x this week for at least an hour
    -log EVERYTHING & make sure to log EVERY DAY (including weekends!)

    So excited to be starting fresh in the new year! My goals are:

    1. Get all my water in every day
    2. Exercise at least 5 days a week
    3. eat well and log EVERYTHING
    4. try to influence the rest of my house to eat better by being a good example.
    5. Have fun and find a way to be happy even in the dark times
    6. Go to a woman's spiritual retreat some time during the year

    I hope we all can achieve everything we set out to do this year!!!!

    Hey there! Can I get in on this challenge - you all look like too fun a group to pass up! I guess you can put my starting weight down as 220 (but I think it's a bit inflated with the post-holiday funk and is already going down :happy: )

    My goals are to:
    Get all my water
    Do all of my P90X workouts
    Walk my dog (weather permitting)
    Make sure I'm eating enough fiber (fruits & veggies)

    My goals are to work out 3x per week, drink 64 oz water daily, and stay within my calorie goals every day.

    I am excited for 2011 and feel like this could be the year I get all the weight off!
