    Ok Start Weight 247...... I will see 160 this year!

    Goals are back to baby steps as I am restarting.

    6 bottles of water per day
    1mile Leslie Sansones Walk at Home 5 days wee
    2 pilates classes
    2 30 min walks outside!
    No soda!

    I've been in a bad funk lately.. Not sure if its from "TOM" or not but I have been soo bad.. Eating out ALL the time.. I mean a fat filled coffee with cookies here, pizza hut there and top it all off.. cheeseburger.. ugh.. I am detoxing my body as we speak. Im also going to try some new vitamins and hope it can put me back on top of things again.. I am SOO happy to be out of the "200's" that I am letting myself "cheat" I just have to remember my goal.. Nothing is going to feel better than the day I step on the scale and I am at my goal weight!!

    Alright.. Rock on everyone!! If anyone ever just needs some motivation or someone to talk, Im here!!!

    I would love to join this group. My starting weight is 187.8.

    My goals for the week:
    ~Burn 5,000 cals (ate alot this weekend and need to burn off those extra cals)
    ~Complete 1st week of 6 week training program for push ups, crunches and squats
    ~Strength Training 2x's this week
    ~Try a Yoga class
    ~Dont eat after 8pm

    Goals for this week:
    1. Stop eating rubbish. The new year has started and there are no excuses for 'holiday' food!
    2. NO STARBUCKS under any circumstances this week.
    3. Train 4 more times this week at least.
    4. Get chugging that water!

    My Health Goals for the New Year:

    When I start a program, finish it! And if I have to skip a day or two, remember that's okay. Just get right back on.
    If I feel I'm too busy or stressed to exercise, remember that exercise will help calm me down and make me feel better.
    Influence those I love to alter their lifestyles simply by showing them what success looks like :)

    My Goals for the week:

    Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred [JM30DS]--Every DAY!
    Couch to 5k [C25k]--Tue, Thur, Sat (OR Sun, Tue, Thur, depending on schedule)
    Eat more fresh produce than I have been
    Log Everything like I haven't been!

    Vegetarian life day three is going splendidly. :)
    Going to hop on the treadmill soon and walk for a little while. Maybe a few days to work off the weight I gained back. :laugh:

    I would love to join this group too. I wanted to before, but felt like I was imposing since you guys were already well underway. I know my ticker says I have hit goal, and I have. I am just thinking that I am not quite where I'd like to be and want to go down maybe a few more pounds. My SW is 139.7.
