I did have a good day on Thursday.I got my nails done on Friday instead because I had to one of them broke. I went to the dr to get blood drawn to check my thyroid. Wondering what's going to change this time around.....
Well here's goals for the weekend for me
1. Water

3. dishes
4. laundry
5. Work on basement...Spring cleaning is gettting started...

3. Exercise.--30 minutes before work.
So, my grandson had some shots yesterday and would not sleep at all! He was good, just wanted cuddling, which he got lots of!
I am taking today as a rest day.

1. WATER, WATER, WATER!
2. Stay in my calories.
3. Get the laundry put away.

Hey all! Just wanted to let you know I might not be around much until the middle of next week.... I'm spending the long weekend with my dad. Hopefully this won't put me back too much on my general goals, (he has said we'll be eating out a lot) but I don't think I'm going to be having much time to do daily goals.

3. Get the laundry put away.--No.I was doing SO well (with food, not the water) until I decided to make some cinnamon bread! Home-baked bread--how could I resist it?:grumble: At least it was whole grain.
I did some work on my jewelry and made some very nice (I think, anyway!) ear cuffs. It's really too bad that Sterling Silver is so expensive right now but I have been experimenting with other metals. My personal favorite is--and always has been--copper, but I also like stainless steel wire.

Not a good day. My grandson has a cold and feels miserable. All he wants is to be held and that is what we have been taking turns doing.
Food was all over the place and I didn't drink more than 4 cups of water, though I did have some tea, which I count.
I had time in the morning to exercise--I just didn't do it.
I really need to get back on the ball. It's scary how quickly the bad habits come back!

I'm going to try another video program for 6 weeks. I've gotten pretty bored with Power 90. It's a good workout...but the same 2 videos every other day isn't so fun.

1. count every morsel I eat. in the past, with my high calorie burn, it wasn't a big issue.
2. abs and (wall) push ups.
3. walk five laps from front door to back door once every hour.
4. drink lots of water.

Best weekend of my life!!! 9.56 million dollars for the kids! When the total went up I couldn't even cheer. I was frozen. Wow. Ok ... so
I was sure I would lose some weight this weekend after 3 fifteen hour days on my feet doing work... but I didn't so... back to work.
1. Water. Water. Water.
2. Clean room/do laundry.
3. Substitute 1 usual meal/snack for something healthier!

Looks like we're all finding it a bit tougher then usual at the moment. I know that feeling better and looking better are fantastic rewards but at the moment I'm tired, work and family are a bit stressful. Because healthy eating and working out don't seem nearly as appealing as grilled cheese and steaming mugs of hot sweet tea I'm going to put in a more short term reward for myself. If I achieve all of my goals this week I will order the book I've had my eye on and take a day off just to read.
Monday's Goals:
1. Under on calories
2. Water!
3. Walk & Shred
4. Laundry
5. Renew Car tax
Right seeing as its already 5.30pm I'd better get a move on!

Tomorrow Feb 22 goals
1.) I will be honest with myself even if I don't like what I tell me.
2.) I will think with my brain instead of my tastebuds and bottomless stomach. They are what got me here to begin with and my brain knows better.
3.) hydrate my body with water and not poisons called coke zero.
4.)think about everything before I put it in my mouth and make the right, healthy, smart decision.
No one else can do this for me. I need to open my eyes. I need to open my heart. I need to do this. For me.0 -

Morning Everyone!
I am ridiculously (and probably disproportionately) proud of myself for meeting all my goals yesterday. I ended up doing shred at 11.30pm! I very nearly didn’t I was debating with my self right up until I got into my gym gear. It was thoughts of that day off and all you guys on here that did it in the end. I couldn’t come back and say I’d given up on the first day. “Uh yeah, hi guys… …er, do over?” I did over sleep this morning but it was well worth it, I feel fantastic!
Tuesdays Goals:
1. Under on calories
2. Healthy choices, diet chocolate mouse may have the same calories as an apple, that doesn’t mean it’s an acceptable substitute.
3. Walk, Shred & at least 30 minutes of something else
4. Draw for at least an hour
5. 30 minutes house work

Well my weekend didn't go so well, but no looking back, just moving forward!!
2/22/11 Goals

2) Get to the gym tonight for at least 45 minutes
3) Wake up at 6:30 tomorrow to do 30 Day Shred!!

So this morning I have the motivation I need to do laundry. I'm out of clean underwear!!! Last clean ones went on this morning. hehe :blushing:
Last night had a little problem in the kitchen. The hose to the sprayer broke while I was using it. Everything got all wet!! Now I have to replace it. :grumble:
SO goals for today
1. work on my sink
2. after I get it fixed drink lots of water
3. log everything i eat today
4. laundry i really shouldn't have a problem with that hehe

Little guy is still pretty miserable. No worse, though, which is good.

I keep sabotaging myself. I DO NOT have to eat stuff just because they are available! The fresh fruits and veggies are available, too! I need to make better choices!0 -
