    Goals for Feb. 24:
    1. Drink more water while at home.--No.
    2. Healthy choices.--Yes.
    3. Exercise.--Not at home but a LOT of unexpecteded walking at work! (over 10,000 steps just at work!)
    4. Bed by 10.--Yes.

    Goals for Feb. 25:
    1. WATER!!!
    2. Healthy choices.
    3. Exercise.
    4. Watch the Friday night snacking!

    Leela--Just take it slow and be mindful of your body"s needs and you should be okay.

    Kim--I sure hope your kitty is better!

    Icy here again today. Have a load of fruit trees to place at work so need to dress in layers. They were delivered to recieving instead of to the garden center because of the snow so a coworker and I ended up moving approx. 18 pallets and 2 rolling racks of trees through the store to the garden center. Fun!:tongue:

    Happy Saturday!
    Today's goals are simple:
    1. do resistant band circuit routine.
    2. walk at least 10 laps
    3. do pilates
    4. drink all my water no matter what.
    5. cook meals for today and tomorrow.

    Hey, I'd like to be the first to post for the March thread. I've been working on a little speech. Is everyone okay with that? If someone else would rather do it, speak now or forever hold your peace! :)

    I'm back! Been meaning to catch up with everyone, but haven't had a whole lot of time.... I promise in the next few days I will make it a priority, though!

    2-27-2011 goals
    1. Drink at least 8 cups of water
    2. Don't go CRAZY over on stuff (My boyfriend is taking me out to the Melting Pot for dinner tonight to celebrate my birthday.)
    3. Workout for at least 30 minutes

    1. walk around the track at the gym. For a total of 20 minutes, excluding any rest times.
    2. do the weight machines at the gym.
    3. cook for today and tomorrow.
    4. try a new recipe.
    5. Drink water...I've been falling short on this one lately. I don't know if its the cold or what. Probably, too, because I am not working out as hard. Before, it used to be really easy to drink tons of water when I was working out. :(

    I don't feel well. I have a cold and am all congested. I haven't done ANYTHING for the past few days but do some work on my jewelry. My eating this past weekend has been absolutely horrendous! I feel like giving up, but I won't. I have come too far for that.

    I am going to take it easy today and focus on my water and on making healthy choices. Then, in the morning I am going to weigh (OMG!) and get a fresh start for the new month.

    Goals for Feb. 28:
    1. WATER!
    2. Healthy choices.
    3. Strive for a more positive mindset.

    1. walk around the track at the gym. For a total of 20 minutes, excluding any rest times. YES, IT WAS A LITTLE PAINFUL, BUT I GOT THROUGH IT. THIS MORNING, I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO BE STIFF, SURPRISINGLY, I WASN'T.

    3. cook for today and tomorrow. YES
    4. try a new recipe. YES, IT TURNED OUT OKAY, BUT NOT REALLY EAGER TO MAKE IT AGAIN.

    No problem, Leela! It's seeming like we're losing a lot of people, which is disappointing, but it's good to see it looks like the core group is staying pretty strong. At least in posting, I mean!

    Well, I have the day off, so I'm going big with my goals..... I have no CLUE if I'll manage it all, but I'm gonna try!

    2-28-2011 fitness goals
    1. 6-10 cups of water depending on sodium
    2. Don't go over on calories, carbs or fat
    3. Get back on that sit-up challenge! Week 2, Day 1 AGAIN.
    4. Gym, hopefully for both weight training and cardio
    5. Bed by 10:30

    2-28-2011 non-fitness goals
    1. Dishes x2 (Dishwasher & handwashed)
    2. Finances
    3. Unpack from trip
    4. Catch up with all ya'll's posts from over the past week and change :smile:

    Wow, today is the 28th day of february.:noway: where did the time go?

    Lots of goals typed in the last few months that didn't happen for me. But we're going to turn the page again and start with a clean slate.

    I've got to get the house clean and clean my bedroom. work on it. Don't think I'll tackle it all but work dilligently on it.

    Hello everyone! Just a quick check in! I did really well last week-- making healthy choices etc, fell off the wagon a little bit over the weekend (but not awfully like usual) and am back to it today. I probably won't be able to check in for a couple days due to crazy homework loads but my goals are to get some sleep (pretty sure I'm getting sick due to lack thereof) and to stop munching after 8... or to at least munch on more healthy foods!

    Have a good week! I'll check in when I can!

    Sorry I haven't been on much. Had a few tough things going on. I would love to rejoin the gropu tho, if it's okay.

    Today's Goals:
    1) Water
    2) Track Everything, (I'm only cheating myself if I don't do this!!!)
    3) Shred tonight, after Reagan goes to bed
    4) 2 Loads of laundry
