Last Week of March - I'm still doing the 360 minutes per week. I've been trying to focus on my C25K but I really need to finish my last 3 Jillian Michaels 30 day shred workouts.
Mon: 20 min JM 30DS
Tue: 38 min Couch to 5K
Wed: none
Thurs: 38 min Couch to 5K
> Total 96 minutes
> 264 minutes remaining
The rest of this week's PLAN is to do:
Fri: none
Sat: 90 bike ride + 20 min JM 30DS + 60 min strength training
Sun: 38 min C25K+ 60 min strength training
> 268 min!!
> This would mean I exceeded my last week's goal by 4 minutes... WOOHOO!

so, consistency is not my strong point. here i go on monday again logging my exercise. i know i was way over on my minutes for last week, we worked in the garden most of the afternoon saturday and sunday. however, i didn't log the time, so i'm not reporting it this week.

i'm going for the 360 exercise again this week
but more importantly, consistent logging of my exercise. i'm not worrying about food for a few days. my jaw is messed up so i'm only doing smoothies for a bit. not much point in logging that. although, it wouldn't hurt i suppose.
