    Day of rest for me today, just feeling off. Have not been getting my sleep and burning the candle anywhere I can get it to take a flame. Enough!!!!!!
    I start again in the morning, exercise first, work second!

    1 mile on my treadmill and walked in the yard due to the weather being so beautiful. I did a total of 31 minutes.

    257 minutes since March 1

    I weighed in yesterday morning and was up 1/2 pound from the weekend. I just have to keep moving, drinking my water and eating better.

    i started off this week battling the flu so 360 is out of the question :( but i am back feeling better and ready to burn :)
