oooo, so tired today, I could hardly move...I don't know why...but, I need to get moving or I'll be left in the dust

Day of rest for me today, just feeling off. Have not been getting my sleep and burning the candle anywhere I can get it to take a flame. Enough!!!!!!
I start again in the morning, exercise first, work second!0 -
1 mile on my treadmill and walked in the yard due to the weather being so beautiful. I did a total of 31 minutes.
257 minutes since March 1
I weighed in yesterday morning and was up 1/2 pound from the weekend. I just have to keep moving, drinking my water and eating better.
